It's a psychological anime. A boy with a golden bat and skates attacks people, people who feel cornered and are usually better off after the attack. It was very creepy.

OH MY GOD! THAT'S WHAT THAT'S CALLED?!
I saw that one night on Adult Swim and ever since I'll never looked at skaters the same way again . . .

My favorite anime usually depends on whichever series I just finished.
Right now, my favorite is Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, because I literally just finished that less than an hour ago.
My all-time favorites are:
Neon Genesis Evangelion
.hack//SIGN
Claymore
xxxHolic
And others that I can't think of right now . . .
