As a primary Dragon trainer I had to catch a Druddigon. I caught a Adamant nature Druddigon with Sheer Force. Sheer Force powers up they uses attack with secondary effects by 33% at the cause of the effects don't work. That means moves like Giga Impact can be used repeatably at 200 power (I did the math). Druddigon also learns Outrage. It has 150 power plus STAB bonus and does not cause confusion.It seem however most Pokemon with Sheer force have below average speed. What do you guys think?

Those aren't secondary effects, moves like flamethrower have 2nd effects (burn) that will not activate, while moves like giga impact will have cooldown.
