Combat Improvement
As the objective analysts over combat development and improvement, it's very necessary for Seventh Division to both partake and view the battles around them, demanding a great deal of both strength and intellect. Chief among Division Seven's responsibilities are to insure that in the ever-evolving battle against the Menos army that their fellow Shinigami are properly prepared for the conflict by means of kido seals and other devices meant to maintain the balance so precariously balanced in the Shinigami way of life while keeping them at a state capable of battling their most frequent type of foes, namely the hollow. Given the high-responsibility, especially over the seals placed on Earth-placed Shinigami, Seventh Division is carefully chosen for their insightful abilities and their detached state-of-mind.
