We are winding up to the climax!
Each Kage (and the Udai council) finds a note upon their desk. A rose sits atop it. It explains rather urgently (and eloquently) the situation at hand:
-The Immortals are being killed/absorbed by the Otokage of the Sound Village and his ninja. He plans something big and terrible.
-The Immortals can not combat this threat and without new Immortals, peace can not be maintained.
-An accelerated program has been set up to help "train" new Immortals. The test will be harsh and most will fail.
-The test will require not only physical strength and a level of mastery over the art of ninjutsu, but it will test the very soul of the person.
-It requests that each organization send their best and brightness to attempt to combat the darkness.
-The location of the tower (Refered to as "the Tower of Pangu") is given. (On the border between the Land of Earth, the Waterfall Village, and just north of the border of the two with the Grass Village. It is IN the Land of Earth by about 20 miles)
It is signed,
"Philosopher Han Xiang, Rokubi Senkaku"
("The 6 Tailed Immortal")
After this (several hours later), the Udai Council will send a message to the Kages confirming what Quingfu said. Sound is mobilizing. Something BIG is about to happen. The Udai Council will be moving to defend the Tower of Pangu themselves. Any help would be shown as a sign of support and unity amongst the ninja.

Call your active members together.
Dispatch them to the "Tower of Pangu" thread.
There will be a mission there.
It is a time sensitive mission. The reward will rock your world though!
Inside the tower, time moves slower. (1 year inside = 3 hours outside)
