Post 5  ✰ Name: Kreutz Valin Ārgos✰ Name Meaning: Kreutz: "Dweller at or near a cross" in German (it is also the name of a group of sungrazing comets, for which he was offered the name); Valin: "Tailed" in Sanskrit✰ Gender: Betzalel (position unknown)✰ Age: Child (approx. 5-9)✰ Status: Naïve and oblivious✰ Height: Average for his age (in other words, a bit of a runt)✰ Weight: A healthy weight due to high levels of activity✰ Genetics: Blue-tailed Skink✰ Personality: Although Kreutz is a child with a boundless supply of energy, he isn't exactly hyperactive. He has a lot in the way of patience, able to preoccupy himself where most his age may get bored waiting for something to occur. That isn't to say that he'd like waiting too long, and won't hesitate to complain about it, but he is a highly optimistic individual, if rather arrogant. He'd prefer to stay happy, and at times may seem a little dense because of it. In fact, there are times where he can act rather coldly to others, seem a bit too self-centered for comfort or act upon a large amount of sarcasm. When angered, he can spit venom like the best of them -- if he's able to keep a level head. He isn't a pacifist, and might even be a little too rough on a good day. While he may need to learn to be more gentle with words and actions, his movements could give an adverse impression: he moves with an unbelieveable amount of balance and grace.✰ Likes: What, no guesses? Seriously? He enjoys bright, fluorescent lights -- or, really, anything that is bright or otherwise flashy. Although he isn't the best at it yet, he likes to dance, whether or not there is music being openly played (in his head is just fine with him!). He prefers electronica-style music, leaning more towards upbeat tempos. Getting any ideas from all this yet? Other than the obvious, he also highly enjoys lying out in the sun, playing chess, and the sound of glass.✰ Dislikes: He abhors cold weather, and because of the large amount of hatred for it, he has a tendency of avoiding a lot of things that are of lower temperature. He dislikes those that are overprotective of a person, though the sentiment is hypocritical on his part: he has been known to do the same, and not rarely. He fears being alone, even for short periods of time.✰ Other Quirks: Kreutz's single crippling fear has resulted in his need to be able to hear a person's breathing. It isn't a constant need, but one that surfaces with a rise in panic and in adrenaline. Post 6  ★ Name: Argon "Star" Ārgos★ Name Meaning: Ārgos: "idle; inert; lazy" in Greek (the word that "Argon" is derived from); Star: the element of argon (Ar) is found most prominently in the atmosphere, but Star himself liked being called "Star" more than "Planet"★ Gender: Male★ Age: He's quick to say 10, but looks more like he's in his late teens, early 20's★ Sexuality/Status: Good question★ Height: Quite tall, when he actually bothers to stand up fully; about 6' 5"★ Weight: Much heavier than the stringbean look suggests★ Specie: EGADS, WHAT IS THAT!?★ Occupation: Composer / Out-of-work column writer★ Personality: If there was one word that best fits Star, it's "lethargic." In fact, he can be downright lazy if someone doesn't prod him with a stick every once in a while; he thinks he needs an average of eighteen hours of sleep a day. He complains an awful lot, but is also determinedly stubborn in proving himself when one shows disbelief in his ability to function. Most of the time, it's simply a matter of the day you catch him on. Most jokes, comments that require one to read between the lines, and anything remotely romantic go right over his head. However, while his intellect may be lacking in the social environment, he is a regular jack-of-all-trades, taking on new activities like a fish to water.★ Likes: There's obvious, and then there's just obvious. He might say that he sleeps for three-quarters of the day, but it wouldn't be surprising if it were fact. This is mainly because dreams are his realm, but it is also undeniably a guilty pleasure. Star also has a fondness for cooking, especially when he's able to try out a new recipe. Reading and writing is a passion, but he has had it hard trying to stay awake long enough to get anywhere on either.★ Dislikes: Activity. Activity, plain and simple. True, Star does indeed like trying new activities, just as long as he can do so standing still or sitting down. He's skilled with his hands, not with his stamina. He dislikes bouts of narcolepsy when he is trying to accomplish something, and hates leaving things half-completed. The main thing that grates on Star the most is teasing, mean-spirited remarks, whether or not they're aimed at him.★ Abilities: A being of the dreamworld, Star is most comfortable while body is most vulnerable. Likened to that of an incubus, he has the ability to manipulate a person's dreams however he wishes. The catch is that he never actually feels that he is in the right when doing so, so has only done it on a handful of occasions. He can communicate with others while both are in this state, but tends to refrain from exercising it on account of the other not usually remembering anything important he tries to point out; he isn't above putting a "bug in someone's ear" if he feels it may help, however. His abilities lie in the astral plane, making him otherwise useless when awake.

✰ Kreutz ✰ Will be fleshed out later. For now, some quick notes:
Managed to find a niche in life with a very supportive and understanding individual, who found herself overturning her entire life just to care for the toddler. Anything evil in the world was reflected to not hit the boy as he grew into a carefree child; even the riots in town were described as "someone throwing a party." Soon after hitting a bit of a growth spurt, the "parties" started getting a little close to home, and the skink began understanding fear, albeit a distant fear. When people realized an Eilian was living in the home, they ransacked the place, killing the young woman who was holding them back before going after Kreutz himself. He managed to give them the slip, but wandered aimlessly for a week afterward.✰ Star ✰ Will be fleshed out later. For now, some quick notes:
Created in a laboratory in an attempt to make the perfect humanoid, Star didn't really dislike the Doctor (he called him "Professor"), but didn't necessarily LIKE him, either. Star was thought of as fairly useless to the Doctor, as Star himself didn't divulge much about what happened while comatose, nor did he want to come into contact with an astral Doctor to prove his point. He focused mainly on conversations with Card and Stasis to get him through more torturous days. After the destruction of the plant, of which he took surprisingly nonchalantly, stayed with Stasis until he was booted out for being too dependent (but not before she helped him land a place and start on getting a decent job).

★ Personality Notes: Very shy and easily scared, Summer almost seems to go out of her way to avoid others. It seems her short history has not fared well for her, putting her on edge with the most minor of events. She doesn't adapt well with changes inthusfar, but if one is willing to show calm patience, she will always respond positively. Despite the drawbacks, Summer is quite a brave child if one takes everything into consideration. She is headstrong about trying her best, and although it might not seem like it at the moment, she is making great progress with it in lead. If it keeps up, she may even develop a bit of a fearlessness that could turn dangerous.
★ Journal Summer's Log (Inactive)(Image coming later)✰ Name: Iron "Card" Ferrum✰ Age: Won't say, but appears to be in his early 20s or late teens✰ Height: 5' 3"✰ Weight: Surprisingly heavy for his height due to muscle, he seems to be able to hide his strength rather well✰ Specie: An amalgamation (no, he won't give a straighter answer, nor tell you what he was born as)✰ Occupation: Con artist Occupation? What occupation?✰ Relation: Star's adoptive brother / Kreutz's uncle✰ Personality Notes: An exceptionally laid-back type of fellow, he almost seems shy around those he doesn't know. This tends to be more of an act than anything else, giving him an advantage when it comes to gauging a person's personality. He has a good sense of humor, and tends to smile through situations that he probably shouldn't due to his lax nature. It is easy to jump to the conclusion that he doesn't take things seriously, but this is mainly only because he rarely wears his emotions on his face. More than himself, when he feels someone close to him is threatened, he won't hesitate to plant a punch on the opposition. ★ Name: Fage Jaeger Ferrum★ Age: Toddler★ Height: Taller than average, due to abnormally long limbs★ Weight: A lightweight that has a good chance of blowing away in a strong wind★ Specie: Arachne / Dryad Hybrid★ Occupation: Child / Royal terror★ Relation: Card's charge / Star's nephew / Kreutz's cousin★ Personality Notes: This kid is extremely impish, taking great pleasure in spooking and playing pranks on people -- the type of mischievousness that doesn't require one to go out and buy any props to accomplish. He doesn't mind getting dirty if the situation calls for it, and never takes possible consequences into consideration. If he might break a leg as a result of his foolishness, it wouldn't occur to him. He isn't good at giving or receiving compliments, tending to twist the sentiments into a way to tease the other. One would probably be surprised at the precision he is able to employ when he puts his mind to it, having a definitive artistic talent but lacking the patience to stay on this route.★ Journal: Fage's Log (Active)(Image coming later)✰ Name: Chlorine "Halo" Khloros✰ Age: Most likely mid-20s, but she's not about to tell you✰ Height: 6' 7"✰ Weight: A solid weight, though perhaps not so surprising with her height and healthy frame✰ Specie: Too many. We'll leave it at that.✰ Occupation: Taxi driver✰ Relation: Star's adoptive sister / Kreutz's aunt✰ Personality Notes: If one was not aware that it was her normal attitude, one could be concerned that they somehow got on Halo's bad side. Contrary to popular thought, she puts on this aggressive and downright angry personality to keep others at bay. She is, by no stretch of the imagination, a social person. If she likes someone, she'd bombard them with snarky remarks and venom aboard a cold shoulder; if she dislikes someone, she'd probably do the same, plus perhaps a few punches thrown into the mix. She is devoted to family and friends, despite treating them with the same respect, and her loyalties run deep. ★ Name: Merit Baako Khloros★ Age: Toddler★ Height: For a kid with long unicorn legs, not abnormally tall★ Weight: About average★ Specie: Genie / Unicorn Hybrid★ Occupation: Child★ Relation: Halo's charge / Star's... niephew? / Kreutz's cousin★ Personality Notes: For the most part, Merit is a rather mousy child. Not entirely shy, but the kid would probably much rather avoid a confrontation for expectation of it going badly, if at all possible. The kind of toddler who would love to hole up in a corner with a pile of building blocks rather than socialize, very few words come out of this mixer's mouth until there has been an adequate amount of time spent to warm up to the other. Very generous when allowed to, Merit also has the habit of becoming silently hyperactive -- the kid's got a sweet tooth for caffeine, and as such, tends to have clumsily shaky hands to boot. An all-around hard-worker, Merit seems to go out of the way to please adults as well as those that the kid feel it wants to get to know better.★ Journal: Merit's Log (Active)(Image coming later)✰ Name: Aluminum "Stasis" Alumen✰ Age: Maintains the argument of "18," despite years gone by✰ Height: 5' 5"✰ Weight: Much, much heavier than average✰ Specie: Golem? Demon? ....Armadillo-person?✰ Occupation: Pharmacist / Medic / Tank?✰ Relation: Star's adoptive sister / Kreutz's aunt✰ Personality Notes: Understanding, forgiving to a near-crippling fault, and a default demeanor of kindness (if socially inept), this doesn't stop Stasis from being able to put her foot down. In fact, she can be a surprising force to be reckoned with, as long as one takes attitude over outward appearance. She isn't a pushover in the slightest, even if she may forgive you for blowing up city hall. She doesn't even need to raise her voice to intimidate, as it is unlikely she ever radiates -- or even feels -- fear. Due to this, she can sometimes seem incredibly reckless and moronically defiant.(Image coming later)★ Name: Platinum "Black" Platina del Pinto★ Age: Physically, about 8; chronologically, about 5; mentally, much older★ Height: 4' 1"★ Weight: About average for his size★ Specie: Appears generally humanoid★ Occupation: "Child" / Unknown (underhanded dealings)★ Relation: Star's adoptive brother / Kreutz's uncle★ Personality Notes: As someone so young, it is almost appaling as to how well he can grasp situations and hold himself in the rank of an adult; in fact, if one were blind, they may think him a wise old man. Well, maybe they would, if he wasn't so conniving about it. Truth be told, he acts as though he were power-hungry half the time, and his motives are completely unclear. That isn't to say he won't help anyone out -- quite the contrary, he tends to love doing just that -- but he plays it as though he can gain something from doing so. It is ambiguous whether this is a front, or if there really is something to acquire, on his terms. While normally coldly level-headed, Black can quickly get irritated with a situation or a person, and therefore makes little in the way of friends.(Image coming later)✰ Name: Mercury "Cinnabar" Hydrargyros✰ Age: Unknown, and outward appearance isn't going to help✰ Height: On the extremely tall side, but just about never stands completely upright✰ Weight: Incredibly light; about a sixth of what he looks like he should✰ Specie: Unknown; most species can't light themselves on fire and be fine with it✰ Occupation: Black's "pet project" / Weapon✰ Relation: Star's adoptive... "brother" / Kreutz's uncle?✰ Personality Notes: He has little will of his own, being under the care of Black and the hypnosis he can employ. Instinctively, Cinnabar is a violent and angry soul, prone to frequent bouts of agitated frenzy. Black's mind skills keep him, for the most part, completely subdued and in a halcyonic state-of-mind. He rarely speaks, and when he does, it is most often in the form of a single word. He is used mostly as a guardian, and Black may even station him outside his room so as to halt anyone from bothering him. He is a rather curious individual when clouded, and in such times, has a habit of following whatever is interesting him at any given time, regardless of situation. He has a fondness for wind chimes.
