Well it takes skill and patience.
I'm a bit obsessive, because I log the fish I catch, and then calculate my income, minus the cost of the bait, per bucket.

ahem, on the subject of this thread, I think that a spell checker would seriously rock. There'd be no excuse for bad grammar.

No, there just wouldn't be any excuse for bad spelling. Grammar and spelling are two separate things.
