Assignment to eradicate the malware message board known as Underground Revolution unsuccessful. Infiltration was fine, met with no resistance. Thought this was unsual, wanted to request backup; Xabaras disagreed so we continued alone. While breaking through final layer a large group of malware attacked, led by the adware known as Hel. Defeated most quite easily, remaining programs fled. Was about to eradicate Hel when it showed up. Have never seen such a complicated and advanced malware before. It recognized neither friend nor foe, punctured a large hole in UR's primary network firewall and substantially damaged Hel. Took us over one hour to penetrate its defenses and halt its rampage.

Xabaras...became infected...in the renegade malware's final attack. Could not save him. He...has been destroyed. Could not shut down UR alone, returned to CoreTech.
