Omega might not have been able to stand, but he definitely could roll and that's exactly what he did as he rolled away from T.K's Stomp attempt.
He attempted to try and get a Drop Toe Hold on T.K to try and take him down and hang him in between the ropes

This action shocks the Evolution of Man as he hadn't expected that Omega would be capable of any intelligent action at this point, but he was proven wrong greatly as he falls forward, easily caught by the Drop Toe Hold. He lands hanging between the ropes, the pain and exhaustion had taken its affects on him as well, and now he was worn out as he struggles to regain his senses and possibly remove himself of this precarious situation.

Omega rolled towards the side ropes and grabbed onto them, he began using them so he could get to a kneeling position, hoping that T.K would be busy trying to recover himself

Omega's hopes are reality as the Evolution of Man struggles to return to his feet, cursing himself that he had let such a simple move, such a simple mistake put him in this predicament as he is unable to see the Unstable not far from him kneeling, and also recovering.

Omega finally gets to his feet! Thank god too because he was getting tired of this match, he knew he couldn't necessarily pick up T.K due to the massive weight difference between the two, so he decided to wait a bit for him to face him once he did he'd attempt his patented Mangetsu No Yaru! (Roundhouse Kick to a Kneeling opponent)

T.K. takes a few more moments to take a breath, before getting up unaware of what is now waiting behind him, as he's still trying to push himself off to his feet he soon realizes, just a moment to late, that he's about to be sent back down as he gets hit by Omega's Mangetsu No Yaru head on, knocking him backwards and dazing him easily.

Omega then tries to set up T.K near the turnbuckle, if successful he'd point at the turnbuckle signalling that he was going for a dive of his.
He'd then climb up the turnbuckle and attempt to finish T.K off with his signature dive the Double Rotation Moonsault

T.K. is unable to prevent the Unstable for moving him toward the turnbuckle as Omega starts to signal for a dive, which the fans give a loud pop for as they're about to see their crowd favorite win a match. During this time, the Evolution of Man takes time to recover, showing that Omega was making a similar mistake to the one T.K. had made not all that long ago. As the Unstable leaps off the turnbuckle for the Double Rotation Moonsault, the North Carolina native is just aware enough to roll out of the way just as Omega is finishing his first rotation.

Omega manages to see T.K move away but its far too late as he's already on his second rotation and crashes hard on the mat.
He clutches his gut from the tremendous pain of missing the dive and the moves he's suffered throughout the match

The Evolution of Man, despite the tremendous pain and exhaustion allows his desire to win a match, and Adrenaline to move through his veins as he stands up and attempts to lift the Unstable up, hook his arms and go for his finishing Tiger Bomb. If successful, he would go for the pin, with the hopes of ending his losing streak.

Omega was hurting far too much to stop T.K at this point and gets his arms hooked by The evolution of Man, he expected some kind of submission or something to happen but it was worse as he was lifted up and then dropped down hard on his back by T.K's wicked Tiger Driver (sorry but I refuse to call it a Tiger Bomb).
Before he could react he felt the refs hand pounding on the mat and kept internally telling himself to kick out as the crowd counted also
1! 2! 3! ding! ding! ding!
Despite his desire to want to kick out Omega was unable to and with that this hellacious match was finally over

The referee quickly goes raises T.K.'s arm in the air for the first time int his competition as he has won one of the most hard fought battles of his life in this pro vs. rookie contest, and managed to come out victorious. He looks down at his defeated foe, a feeling of respect for the hard fought battle goes through him, not something he would ever admit, but it was there regardless as he starts to head to the back.
