 Did you ever wonder if there was magic? If maybe mythical creatures really exist? Is the fact that we've never seen them for ourselves enough proof that they don't exist?
There lives a world within our world, a parallel world full of magic and wonder. A mythical world teetering on the brink of war. There were 4 main powers. The Angels, Demons, Elves, and the Ferals. (Ferals are humaniod with animal attributes. Could just be sharp teeth and run fast, to animal ears and tails.) There are other races as well, but these 4 were the main powers, on the verge of war thanks to deceit from the demon king trying to pin the 3 against each other. In the past there were six strong human wizards. Humans were banished from this world for bringing war, war that was actually brought about by the demons. The six wizards brought down the demon lord and brought about an era of peace, leaving a better suited demon in charge. They left the world, with much protests from the Angels and Elves, to live among the other humans.
Meanwhile, in our world, a group of friends take a trip during spring break to the grand canyon to hike it and camp out. While the friends were out hiking, they got lost and wound up at a small forest. Deciding to head into the forest to look for food, the group found themselves brought into the other world. They must now try to figure out how to get home, and maybe help prevent this war.

ღ Goddmodding is a massive no. No instant hits, or taking control of another person's character without their permission. If you question if you might be godmodding, ask before going ahead with it.
ღ Post at least twice a week. I would prefer more, but I can get busy too, so I can understand. If you can't get on for an extended time, move your character away from others and inform us all
ღ PM requests to me. To apply for a human, please make the title: Unreal. To be any other race, simply title it: War torn.
ღ KEEP ALL OOC IN THE OOC BOARD. I get very annoyed with ooc without a post being put in here. So please keep in in the ooc board.
ღ No one liners. I understand writers block, but I won't tolerate it for more then 2 posts in a row.
ღ Patience please. Don't talk to someone and then leave if they haven't posted. If someone is failing to post, talk to me or a mod before moving on. We'll make the judgement call.
ღ Remember. Three strikes and you're out.

[b]I am unique...[/b] Any special abilities they may have. Demons focus on darkness, Angels on light, Elves tend to be magic in general, and Feral tend to be nature of types. But they don't need to be limited to this. Humans may have unknown abilities too. A wizard ancestor? ;D
