As for every child born of the facility it was required that they come and be checked out by the facilities doctors. Though their main doctor was the busiest at the moment a sub doctor was filling in.
Mr. Vampy of course was going to oversee the check up, as the baby had been born a bit early due to an instance they were going to look into. He had a stern face, and for one reason or another Pepper jr was with him.
"Why am I here again?" The teen asked in a bored tone, not sure why he had to be present at this particular appointment. He didn't know anyone by the name of Copeka...and Vampy had failed to mention the babes mother.
"You were requested...and thus you are here." Was the white haired man's reply. The teen rolled his eyes, wondering just WHY he would be requested for a child's doctor's appointment was beyond him.

It was strange to say that Lira was excited for this appointment. Usually she dreaded taking Copeka to the doctor, terrified that they'd find something else wrong with her lovely baby boy (only not such a baby anymore!). But today was different. Perhaps it was of all the good things that had happened to her recently, her growing and Aludra coming back, but she was optimistic for this visit to the doctor's. Hopefully they'd be able to explain the rash on her baby's face, but they'd also be pleased to see that nothing else seemed to be wrong.
"Isn't that right? Nothing's wrong with you except your itchy face, huh 'Peka?" Lira giggled and cuddled her child as she carried him into the Facility, fluttering her wing happily. She smiled at the person working the front desk and checked them in, then bounced contently down the hall into the exam room. Imagine her surprise when not only Mr. Vampy was there - something she had expected - but also...
"P-P-P-Pepper? Oh... H-How are you? Oh my gosh, this is so unexpected!" Lira laughed awkwardly, fluffing her hair. She had wanted to meet Pepper again, but when she had jokingly asked if she could see him at the doctor's appointment, she hadn't thought they would actually take her seriously!
"Uh-huh, jus' my itchy face!" Copeka replied easily, lifting a hand to scratch gently at his face. Otherwise, yes, the boy was completely calm, little wings fluttering about happily on his back as his tail twitched a bit. Then was then they approached the people inside, and his red-rimmed eyes got wide. Nervously, he tucked himself closer to his Mama, hiding behind his brown hair and wiggling a bit. He didn't like all these people. And... and who was Pepper? 'N' why was he makin' Mama talk funny?
