In FFXII im stuck in chapter 4 where you are the guy with the choccobo and the young girl and you have to fight the robots, but they are also fighting each other, I generaly get killed alot can anybody offer advice, (can't look up names)

I'm assuming you mean XIII not XII, since XII doesn't have a guy with a chocobo [Sazh] and a young girl [Vanille] fighting robots. You're on the Vile Peaks. I used Sazh as a ravager and Vanille as a saboteur [Creating the paradigm Undermine] You also need Slash and Burn [Vanille as RAV, Sazh as COM], Dualcasting [Both as RAVs] and War and Peace [Sazh as COM, Vanille as MED] You should get an automatic preemptive strike. Start with War and Peace. Kill the wolves first, then the watch drones, then use Undermine to debuff the robots and Dualcasting to stagger them one at a time. Once they are staggered, switch to War and Peace. Heal when you need to.
You have to be really fast and in control to survive so make sure you pay attention when your health dips into the yellow. If you pick the wrong enemy [like the robots first] the others will gang up on you and kill you very quickly, especially when there are two or more watchdrones present. They pick one target, usually Vanille and keep pecking at it until it's dead.
