If your talking about the giant red "ERROR" then it usually means you downloaded an addon wrong, if you didn't download an addon it means that you don't own the game that uses that item. Like you can't spawn a TF2 prop unless you own it, and if your playing online and someone else spawns an item from a game you don't own then you'll see the Giant red error.

when i downloaded it because i got gmod+css the css weapons are erroed

That is odd, is your CSS up to date? Is it having trouble loading CSS Props/scenery as well?
