How many POWERED characters do you own? Um One cat on the way? Not sure if that counts or not yet but I thought I should put that up anyways. ^^
Name: Nixon Johnson Age: 16 School / Occupation: Azure Valley Academy
Personality Blurb: Nixon wish for nothing then going back to the time when his father was alive and when his was on the farm. Nixon is a born and raise cowboy, learning the great lifestyle from his father. He was brought up to wake up early in the morning and to work late into the night. Not having a big social life because of the acres that spread vastly from one farm to another, he became great friends with his riding horse Judy Jr. and the other farm animals that provide him with food. Nixon has a really deep accent which hinders him in conversations and the fact that he is social awkward because he has no talking skill towards humans contributes to this fact also. After a year, after Nixon’s father’s passing his mother thought it was good idea to move to Destiny city with Nixon’s Aunt. Not to mention that Nixon put a great effort to stop this but all his attempts failed. Nixon has a great dislike of Destiny city because he thinks that it is too “mainstream” and he wishes to be back in the great state of Wyoming. He also dislikes it because of the thick air of the city, not having the open land he is use too, and the city people’s lifestyle. He also deeply regrets leaving his friends back on the farm and worries about them a lot. Nixon is having a hard time adjusting to Destiny and his new school Azure Valley Academy.
Now you may think that Nixon is not the smartest person in the group because of the whole cowboy nature, but in his case it’s not true. Nixon has always excelled in school and he has a love of learning new subject and ideas. He loves reading books from different lands and in different time periods and is often seen having a book in his hands. He also enjoys figuring out Sudoku puzzles because that also stimulates his brain and when he doesn’t have a book in his hand he has a Sudoku problem with him instead.
As most cowboys are, Nixon is a proper gentleman. When speaking to adults he is always using maim or mister. His father brought up a man with great pride in being a gentleman and he prides himself with that. He is almost never disrespectful to adults or his peers and is always ready to lend out a helping hand if someone is in need.
Nixon has a perplexing relationship with his knighthood. He is used to the rumble tumble of being a cowboy and can’t really fit into the knight personal that comes with it. He understands the gentleman status that come with being a knight but he doesn’t really fit in with being a knight gentlemen. He knows that being a cowboy and knight are really different and this is why he knows that he’s having a hard time. Throughout his knighthood he will grow into it but it will be a long struggle to figure out what a good mixture will be. He also struggle with seeing senshi running around and fighting because he was brought up in an old fashions household. His mother would stay inside to cook and clean while his father and he work outside. He thinks this is more men’s work and the ladies should stay inside. This also hinders him in fighting because he is conflicted when he has to attack a female because he father raise him to never hit a lady. Knight Name: Moapa Knight Name Origin: Moapa Valley
Weapon Progression: Page - (PRESET)
Squire – The rapier is now a dark golden yellow color, almost like the color of sunset and has more design too it and the design moves up more into the rapier. It’s still ceramic but a lot longer and still has no physical affect to it. Moapa takes his rapier and moves it in front of his partner, using his magical ability he makes a square around them. The square combines together and makes magical shield for his partner for about 45 second.
Knight - I would like to wait and see if I win him to write about his Knight power/weapon.

How many POWERED characters do you own? None! Name: José Guadalupe Rivera Castillo (ie: José, Lupe, Lupita or Joseph, depending on the speaker) Age: 16 School / Occupation: Azure Valley Academy Personality Blurb: José comes from two very old and very noble Spanish family lines, born into a life of privilege. Its his parent's money and pull that got him into Azure Valley in the first place, but he has managed to hold his own at the school, finding a niche in Architectural design and engineering. He drafts as a hobby and his room often features a wallpaper of past designs held up with tacks. If it hadn't been for his parents, it would have been Hillworth he would have ended up at with his history of fighting with his classmates. José has two hard-coded responses to frustration, embarrassment and fear because of his some-what spoiled upbringing; either anger or tears. He has a notorious temper, easily set off by teasing from other students. He has almost no sense of humor, so even friendly teasing is very annoying. His sister Maria likes to call him 'Lupita' and any use of that name is a sure-fire way of sending him into a rage. On the other hand, he's a cry baby. He doesn't take disappointment well and he's not afraid to cry in front of other people, especially if he thinks it will improve his situation. Of course, this also has the tendency to give other students fuel for the teasing that so angers him. To those more inclined to see the good side of him, he's a chivalrous person, thinking more often about others than he does about himself. In his very Catholic up-bringing, he was taught to treat others as he wished to be treat and he tries hard to follow that rule. He must set a good example so that everyone can see the virtues of his prestigious lineage. Manners and politeness play a large role in this, and for the most part, he is impeccably well-mannered. His Spanish heritage also lends itself to a bit of a romantic side, though there is little at an all-boys school to demonstrate it. Knight Name: Madrid Knight Name Origin: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Madrid(first palace on the site was built in the 9th century. However, anything Spanish would work for him if that's not usable) Weapon Progression:Page - (PRESET) Squire - The hilt of the rapier is fancier, with metal curling like vines or roots around his hand and the base of the blade itself. Think more ceremonial and flashier, less useful. May feature Madroño tree accents/theme. As rapiers are traditionally good for offense and defense, when held upright with his free arm forming the crossbar of a t, he gives his allies a slight boost in attack and defense for as long as he can concentrate on it. Maybe five to ten minutes? Something short, and not a very powerful boost. Most likely limited in the number of people as well, one or two. Knight - Probably a greater boost to offense and defense for his allies, either to both equally or to one side specifically for an even more powerful boost. Alternatively, he gains the ability to heal a little of the damage taken by an ally. The look becomes more ornate and more tree-like. Any costume specifics should be bear themed.

How many POWERED characters do you own? One Name: Jakome Burke Age: 18 School / Occupation: Sovereign Heights – working towards Anthropology Major (A study of humans as a biological entity; in biological, evolutionary and cultural senses.) Personality Blurb: Jakome could be described best an active observer. He loves to be perceptive of the world around him while being an extrovert in nature. Zealous to do everything and anything that he can, Jakome lives in his universe seeking experiences from all different sources, trying to see every angle imaginable. His extroverted nature can be overtaken by his love of debate and discussion. As one who wants to major in scientific study he loves to debate over anything and everything he can, turning some of the most mundane subjects into lengthy conversations. This can send negative vibes to others as he may come off as pompous, but he is never malicious with his debates, only overbearing at times.
When Jakome is not out in the hustle and bustle of the world he can be found in the museum, scouring through the ancient civilizations wing or in the library, reading on ancient cultures. He considers himself to be intellectual, though more often than not it falls more to how well he can debate someone to think of his points and perhaps change theirs. As a self-proclaimed “intellect” he often finds himself coming off as distant when speaking to others. His mind is constantly working, logging information taking mental pictures and analyzing what's before him rather than staying in the moment (unless it's a discussion he's dragged another person into).
If one were to want to step into something Jakome is truly passionate about, that is to say when he's not trying to invade someone else's passions just to experience them, they will find that his main outlet in life is exploring. Exploring the park, the downtown area, the library, the museum, the beach, etc. He lives alone in an apartment near the school so finds most of enjoyment to be outside of the small living quarters and around others. In social settings though, he can become quite awkward when the conversations steer awry from anything debatable. His main weakness? Jokes. He is normally the one to say “I don't get it.” and laugh obnoxiously at a terrible joke. Pranks and sarcasm don't strike his fancy either as he generally can't find a way to turn it into a discussion.
Given his pursuit in his major, Jakome has takes extreme value of both integrity and loyalty. One must adhere to ethics and one must be loyal to himself and those around. This is something he carries with him and can be outwardly when he is a knight. This alone however, does not help him. He is a tactician by nature, watching the events as they unfold, extrapolating information and placing it back in the form of strategy. This makes him a good asset, but it can be shaken away once he is thrust into the the heat of actual combat. Thus is why his magic is mainly used for keeping the enemy away. Once out of the element of something he “likes”, i.e. direct conflict, Jakome can easily break due to stress.Knight Name: Etemenanki ( E-temen-an-ki) Name Origin: Etemenanki - The Tower of BabelWeapon Progression: Page - (PRESET) Squire - At this stage Etemenanki has the magical ability similar to that used of ancient Babylon, the ability of wards – or in this case, warding off evil. When striking his ceremonial blade towards an opponent, the magic channels through it and he can physically knock an enemy back, in some cases down, by use of this warding magic, making them move away from himself or from a fellow ally. The force comes from the blade in a manner of a wave of magic after a thrust of the blade, not seen by the eye. It has no damage given, just something of that of a push which will allow for just enough room for an ally to recuperate or make an attack. At this stage, however, he must be within a range somewhere in the vicinity of 6 feet. The closer he is to an opponent, the better it works. Knight – I'd rather wait on this if I win. I wouldn't be sure whether it would be more useful to have a blade at this point or further his magic.

How many POWERED characters do you own? Nooone. Name: Ezekiel Victor Pierpont Age: 19 School / Occupation: paper-writer, part time college student, part time intern/grunt at daddy's law firm Personality Blurb: Zeke is waging a cold war with his parents. If they say, “We want you to intern at your father's firm, darling, just to get some experience so you know what you want to major in,” he knows what they're really saying is we can't trust you to choose what's best, so we'll do it for you. His little rebellion of running his semi-legal homework “help” desk out of the firm's library won him that battle, as far as he was concerned—being paid for two jobs while only doing one, appeasing his parents, looking like a dutiful son, and giving himself a way to earn favors from people? Definitely a win. In waging this covert war, however, he has to stay focused. That means that when it comes to a goal, he's willing to steamroll anyone in his way-- provided, of course, that he doesn't think it'll come back to bite him later. If he can manage to do it in such a way as to make the person he's rolling over indebted to him, even better. While Zeke seems like a bad guy, he's really not-- that is, he knows it's wiser to be on the side of good than on the other. The good side usually wins-- and if you pretend to be good, and do bad things, someone will eventually catch up to you anyway. He does his best to keep that thought firmly on his mind, especially when the temptation to do a little bad thing in order to get where he wants rises up. He is in college part time, less to learn than to keep up appearances and keep a finger on the pulse of what it is that college students need. Zeke was smart enough to coast through high school on a B+ average with some sports, and is smart enough now to coast through college with the same average but no sports at all. His business writing papers for students in need is pretty much his project du jour; if you have the money, a sample of your handwriting, and the prompt, he'll give you a paper within five business days. Less, if you're willing to pay the expedition fee. While Zeke won't be caught dead in anything but distressed, torn jeans and artfully patchworked clothing during class, anyone checking out the labels of his clothes will only find top name, expensive brands. It's not enough for him to have Italian leather loafers, they have to be Gucci leather loafers, and in the newest mode. Manscaping is a must, and he has a monthly budget allotted to it, as well as a standing appointment with a salon. Knight Name: Amarnath Name Origin: Amarnath Temple/CavesWeapon Progression:Page - (PRESET) Squire – He makes them dance. It's not a lot at this stage, but a skip when you need to step and a hop when you need to lunge can foul up the most graceful and dangerous of people. As a Squire he can only do this about twice per fight, and the effect will only last about thirty seconds each time. At this stage the rapier looks a little more like a caduceus or a long wand, very slender and flexible. Knight – I have a couple of ideas for this, but I think I'll hang onto them for a bit to see if I win him.

How many POWERED characters do you own? I don’t own any characters. Name: Tobias Rivers Age: 17 School / Occupation: Hillworth Grammar Personality Blurb: Tobias is an avid reader, though neglects to show that in his studies. He’s quite a lazy student in all reality, preferring to goof off and doodle during class then really pay attention. He finds great joy in gambling during lunch, always carrying with him a pair of dice, betting on other student’s lunches, and sometimes even their homework. He is very cocky, often seeming mean and unapproachable, though does have a very large soft spot for children, taking care of his younger sister as best he can, with his father out working most of the time. If you manage to get close enough to Tobias for him to consider you a friend, then you truly must have done something right. Though, when people get this title, Tobias makes sure to never do anything to cause even the slightest bit of harm to them. A friend now is a friend for life. Knight Name: Gobi Knight Name Origin: Gobi desertWeapon Progression: Page - (PRESET) Squire – The golden rapier will get a fine coating of sand to cover it, making it able to at least leave small scratches if dragged across an opponent. He gains an ability to use desert heat to begin to force the opponent into dehydration. He doesn’t have much energy for it, and whatever he forces onto the opponent, he also feels half of the effects, such as, if he causes the opponent to sweat and become thirsty, he will begin to sweat. When his energy reserves fail, he is completely exhausted and will need time to recover. Gatorade is one of his best friends both in and out of battle. Knight – Will figure out if I win. =)

How many POWERED characters do you own? None, just one simple civie ~ Name: Gregory "Rory" Olsen Age: 27 School / Occupation: hiatus from school / Curatorial Assistant for the art gallery "Tertiary" Personality Blurb: Rory comes from a long line of Norwegian fishermen, the type one would see on the Deadliest Catch who fight the Bering Sea each season, daring death and the elements. His father learned it from his, who learned it from his and his brothers soon learned the trade. Even his own mother and sister are often on their owned small boat, keeping the crabbers happy and full of food. It's like these people were raised as Vikings. Rory was obviously not destined for such things, for one he couldn't stomach the ocean or fish or crab or hard manual labor. He was more comfortable on solid land, with the air in his face on a mountain instead of a rocking boat and without having to lift anything heavier than 50 pounds. He was built with more delicate makings than the rest of his family, which irked them for a long while until they were able to adjust and love him as always. And that didn't make him any less of an Olsen, some of the few things he gathered from his upbringing was determination, handwork and the ability to stay up for endless nights but managed to hone these skills elsewhere. And that elsewhere was the fine arts. Because Rory loves beautiful things; paintings, sculpture and the history behind each piece. This is who he found his job at the University's adjacent gallery and museum, Tertiary even with just a simple BFA in Art History [at some point he'll get his Masters, but he took some time off to 'find himself' for a few years]. His aesthetic tastes translate beyond the realm of art, to the real world and the world around him. He loves clothing [that skirt looks FABULOUS on you!], and people [oh my god, you are ADORABLE!] and the quilts he makes in his spare time [look at this water color quilt I made, how the colors fade, god I love it]. Oh, and that hot guy over there - oh yes. Rory is very very gay, as such its sadly stereotypical and one would be blind if they couldn't tell. Sharply dressed - Suit up! - hair just amazing and maintained, even his cat looks FABULOUS [if only she'd stop stealing his scraps of fabric, gosh she just ruins his stash!] At first, as a knight, he feels a little out of his element. A sword? Goodness, how phallic can we get? But, somehow he finds his inner Viking and can make his parents proud with the way he holds himself in battle. If only he didn't screech like a little girl when he drops his sword or gets hit by an attack. But, oh my! Look how hot he looks in his outfit! Knight Name: Bryce of Earth Name Origin: Bryce CanyonWeapon Progression: Page - (PRESET) Squire - Bryce's rapier stays pretty similar from the last stage to this one. The hilt curls more around his hand than it did and he blade gets thinner and a little smaller [His sword is smaller and so is his ego]. There is still not much magic at this point but the dull blade seems to glow as if it wishes to escape. Knight - As magic itself has taken over, there seems to be no blade! It looks like Bryce is simply holding the empty ornate hilt from his Squire stage, how sad for him. Or is it? Like the hikari no ken from Slayers, the blade itself is composed of magic that erodes away power from those he hits. So does it cut? Nope, just slowly takes your power away.

How many POWERED characters do you own? I don't own any characters here.
Name: Adair F. O'Shea Age: 19 School / Occupation: SOVEREIGN HEIGHTS PREPARATORY/ work at the plant nursery. Perhaps a fencing assistant as well?
Personality Blurb: A small few paragraphs on the personality of this guy. Who is he? Please try to keep it brief but informative: you don't need to list out virtues and flaws at this stage, but we'd like a general idea of his personality strengths and weaknesses, as well as what he might be interested in.
Born into a well off family, Adair was lucky enough to have very few hardships. It's not to say he's been coddled, but there weren't many difficulties in his younger years finance wise, thus not many opportunities were missed. He grew up with a mother and father, as well as a younger sister. At a young age he was taught to be respectful, and honorable. But it wasn't needed as it seemed that he was a natural gentleman at birth. His parents were large players in the political and law fields, making him learn responsibility early on as well. Since his parents were so involved in their work, he and his sister were left alone quiet often. Because of this, Adair became quite protective of her, and practically raised her to who she is today. To put it quite simply, he grew up rather quickly. Though he was kind, gentle, and respectful, he didn't have many close friends. He was highly popular amongst his peers, being the charismatic fello he is, and held many acquaintances, but due to his rather mature demeanor, it was hard to truly connect with a lot his own age. This leaves him alone most of the times, giving him more time than he needs to think. It can get him down sometimes, but a spar, or a exhilarating hike can usually clear that up. Some might say he's an old soul of sorts. He enjoys gardening, fencing, soccer, hiking, and playing piano. Another random tid bit about him is that he loves the sea. He's not too big on beaches, but... he sure does love the crisp air of the wafting liquid riding the wind currents.
Knight Name: Moher Knight Name Origin: Cliffs of Moher Weapon Progression: Page - (PRESET)
Squire - His minor power would be Irish Rain in which it causes a drizzle like shower to begin, and cause a sort of haze/mist to surround the area. Most likely when he becomes a knight he'll have a real blade, thus why his power is minor. The shower doesn't last too long, perhaps ten minutes or so, but manages to drench you thoroughly if you're in the vicinity.
Knight - I'd like to wait, please.

How many POWERED characters do you own? three! but, I couldn't resist trying. Name: Maxwell King Age: 17 School / Occupation: Azure Valley Academy Personality Blurb: Morals. Max has them. In spades. Honest and valiant, he is a boy with a heart of gold and an ego to match. Max means well. Really, he does. But pure intentions do little to compensate for the arrogance that oozes out of his every orifice. Bold and (unfortunately) opinionated, Max thinks he knows all the secrets of the universe. And he makes sure to share them with everyone. While an insufferable know-it-all and terribly haughty, Max does genuinely like people, and holds himself to a strict set of guidelines. He is always proper. He is always kind. He is, sometimes, annoying. A closet narcissist and a perfectionist, Max likes things the way that he likes them, and take great pains to ensure that they stay that way. Yes, ladies, those curls are natural. How does he keep them so smooth and soft? Papaya extract! What're you looking at him like that for? There's nothing wrong with a man who knows how to take care of himself. While occasionally impractical and fussed if forced to leave the house before a proper morning facial, Max is capable of dropping everything at a moment's notice and getting straight to business. When it's important, he'll hop to attention, regardless of whatever he happened to be doing before. Cucumber slices can be replaced. Pedicures can be finished later. When it's time to kick a**, it's time to kick a**. While a fan of being clean, Max is not afraid to get his hands dirty, and enjoys a good scrap. Victory is just… sweeter with a smooth complexion. Pompous, lively and competitive, Max is Azure Valley's very own Gilderoy Lockhart. Complete with cheesy smile. Knight Name: Pessinus Name Origin: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PessinusWeapon Progression: Page - (PRESET) Squire - Pessinus gets to keep the ceremonial rapier. It is as useless as ever, safe for self-defensive. He has, however, earned himself a hand-dandy parrying dagger. This is an actual blade. Knight - The parrying dagger has gone. The rapier gets to stay. It appears to be the same as always, but looks can be deceiving. The rapier itself is now imbued with the Midas Touch and, when struck against an opponent by Pessinus's hand, leaves a golden wound behind instead of slicing through skin. That is to say-- if Pessinus pokes somebody in the thigh with his sword, said thigh turns to gold. This is a temporary effect, and lasts according to the amount of power/magic that was channelled through the weapon. It leaves Pessinus terribly drained. The bigger the limb that's turned, the more power it takes and the more exhausted he's left.
