So I started this new job back in Sept. The first several months were a bit rocky under a supervisor that didn' t know the first thing about her job. And half the time I needed her, she wasn't there because she had almost a completely different schedule than mine.
I FINALLY got a new supervisor and a new team of people back in Jan. Things were starting to make sense, my stats are going up and I am finally able to start considering the possibility of a promotion.
>BAM!<
The company says that EVERYONE is getting new schedules and Supervisors and that we have to "bid" on the schedule we want by seniority and preference! I can't tell you how pissed I am. We were notified that this will take place in April. I have the best supervisor in the company right now and I really don't want another one. NOT TO MENTION I do NOT want to get stuck with a morning schedule. >>>is not a morning person, and my bf is nocturnal<<<
