As with all grand opening events this was a fantastic way to find out what worked, things that didn’t work and even things we hadn’t thought of. We, like most new shops, are still pulling things together, but we are dedicated to making the experience here as fun and easy as possible. That said, we now offer an F.A.Q. which will continue to grow as the shop does.

F.A.Q.

1. Will these pets go by the rules of the book~!?

A. Yes to some extent, while we do try to stay true to the books, some things will just have to be original ( our own ideas ) from a case to case bases to keep the peace and order. So yes and no.

2. What about squibs and muggles!? Can we play them too? Will they be available!?

A. Currently they will be left out of the picture until further notice. They may be released but for now our rp world is basically ONLY on school grounds and therefore you would not encounter muggles or squibs anyways. Later down the line near adulthood this may change but for now, no.

3. I CAN HAS PUREBLOOD!? OH OH AND I WANT A MUGGLE BORN~! CAN I HAVE BOTH!?

A. No. These are restricted and rare. We will also like to keep it that way. There will be a system put up soon, so unless otherwise specified your witches and wizards are all JUST that. A Wizard/Witch whom may have diluted/mix blood within their family. Please do not assume you have a pureblood or a muggle born. As these will be 'rare' pets. Only obtained via Events, Quests etc. If you have any problems or concerns with this, please pm the mule and it will be answered as soon as we get a chance.
- You may also obtain both, but understand these are rare and will not just be handed easily. You'll have to work for it.

4. SO, how about if we already started roleplaying our pets and had them as a muggle or purebred? What do we do?

A. As of right now, you will need to PM Hallucinogenishawhatever and have your journal looked over for critics and it will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If you completely ignore these rules and backlash, you will be fed to Chi, Mel or whatever other nasty is around. Chi is the monster living under Hogwarts and will NOT be scared to eat you. We WILL toss you in since she is quite the hungry beast and chicken just won't satisfy her anymore D8! So please heed our words and pm the mule to look over your journal for permission to have your character selected as one of these rare pets. If you put your pet as a rare muggle or pureblood, and we decide that your character is not. Please respect our wishes and change your journal.

5. How many journals can we have?

A. This has yet to be determined so please DO NOT create anymore journals. Just keep ONE until further notice.

6. How can my pet/quest be purblood/muggle/ect?

A. There will be a form in another sticky, when you post this form (your common character sheet), it will be reviewed. If you wish to quest for a pure blood or muggle, make sure to attach the extra portion (also located there) to your sheet. We like to have it so that you can quest for what you want. That is the purpose of the quest. However, to keep rarity you will be given 3 tries, one try every two months, to have your quest accepted as said bloodline. These tries will be via a series of dice rolls. At the end of the three tries, you still have not rolled what is needed to be a pureblood, ect. We are sorry. You can try again via another quest character, or that character again after 6 months. Please understand we are not denying you a pet, we are making you work for it, as well as keeping rarity.

7. I got a pet from the Interest Thread, before we were told they all start at the common level. How do I know what I can RP the character as?

A. This will be dealt with on a case by case basis, you must watch for Hallu saying that she is taking cases and present yours to her.

The Classifications of Blood and Rarity:

( Common ) Wizard/Witch: A human or (partially human) person. They are the most common blood. They are not defined as half, full or muggle. It is suggested that somewhere along the blood line, back far enough in the family history, the blood was tainted by something. Making it no longer traceable, but generic. It is assumed that all, unless stated fall into this catergory.

( Uncommon ) Half-Blood - A wizard who has one muggle (non-magical) parent. The other parent will be of magical lineage. I.E Wizard/Witch class, unless prior approved or noted for a pureblood parent. (It could happen, look at Tonks)

( Rare ) Muggle-born - A wizard born to a line of people with no magical ability. Pretty self explanatory.

( Rare ) Pureblood - a wizard who's family lineage on both sides has always been wizards with no non-magical persons adding to the blood pool. They are in no way shape or form, though any of their family history mixed or “dirty” blooded by ANYTHING. Because of this, they are considered inbred.
