Hakase EstateThe Hakase Manor is situated on a large plot of land nearly bisected by a slow-moving, deep river that empties into the Central 46 Compound and cuts just through the 7th Division grounds. The plot of land set aside for the family is located adjacent to both the 6th and 7th Divsions, and is opposite the street from the 5th Division.
The majority of the land is a field on which the manor, a large forest, and their lake sit upon. The manor is several hundred yards away from the 6th Division HQ, and rests on the edge of the property. Furthermore, the majority of the field is ringed by the Seireitei walls on the South to North East end, and surrounded by long buildings where the servants reside from North East to West of the estate. Past the buildings due North are storage units, mostly used for cleaning supplies, spare furniture, etc. Past the buildings in the North West are part of the 7th Division grounds, which extend past the aforementioned river.
A sub-group of the Onmitsukidō patrol the area here, and they wear the same garb, but with the noticeable different if having headbands displaying the name Hakase on them. They are exceptionally skilled, and do not allow unwanted guests, and are authorized to use lethal force on anyone who does not have permission to be on the property.

967 [Edge of Hakase Estate, nearest the wall, midway between the wall and the exploded manor.]
After what had felt like ten or so minutes passed by, Emi noticed the terrain abruptly change. One second she was watching buildings whiz past her, and then next second she could only see green as far as her eyes would take her. Of course, this was a relatively unimportant change, so she was able to adapt instantly to her surroundings. She noticed, also, that once she was in the field all others had ceased to surround her. She could not even catch a glimpse of a single person in this area, leading her to wonder why it was so empty. She assumed, if nothing else, this place would be suitable for some sort of military activity or training. It certainly wasn't closed off, so she doubted it lead to some top-secret facility where no one was entered. Unless, of course, the idea was to leave it unmarked... Emi had little time to dwell on what the reasons for the empty field were, as the sight of the exploded Hakase Manor caught her eye. She had drifted away from the wall, so when she approached the field, the burned manor was only a couple dozen yards away. Amidst the charred wood and stone, warped metal, and broken glass, she could see weeds growing where the grass had been burned away, and ivy snaking up anything and everything it it's path. It looked like nothing had been here in ages, surely this violated some kind of safety code, why the hell had it not been cleaned up yet? "They must not be all that prideful of their community..."
It took the teenager a moment to realize she had been standing dumbstruck out in in the open, in enemy territory no less. She was invisible, sure, but it still made her uneasy to just stand there like that. Teaing her gaze away from the remains of whatever building that had been, Emi took off running again, this time towards the forest she spotted a moment ago. It was time to look around for the water source she had felt out earlier, and the tops of those trees was the best place to stand to look, even if it meant being out in the open. As soon as she entered the forest, she located a sturdy tree and jumped up into it, and then like a ninja began to hop from tree to tree until she was able to locate an exceptionally thick one. A thick trunk meant it was tall, and height meant a greater distance she could look. Once the tree in question was located, she jumped into it and scaled it like a monkey, albeit with some difficulty due to the sword in her hand, and finally reached the top. Hanging on to the tree for dear life, Emi glanced through the leaves and spotted the lake she had been searching for, along with an unexpected structure on an island in the middle of it. She thought to herself that it would be worth it to check if this would be a good place to hide or not. Furthermore, she notice there was a curvy river running right by it, and upon further inspection, she noticed that it ran from the newly fallen wall all the way past the lake and disappeared behind a wall off in the distance. "Hm..." Emi figured that she might use the river for cover, if nothing else, she could float the river down to the lake as a chance to cancel her invisibility to conserve energy. Of course, that solely depended on the speed of the moving water; if it was too fast, she's just waste energy trying to stay afloat, and if it was too slow, she'd use more energy trying to swim it than she would running over to the lake. It was needless to dwell on these thoughts, she reminded herself, as she was far from being close enough to tell. Decisions like that would have to wait.
Emi got her answer several minutes later when she neared the edge of the river; she had run towards the first bend in the river, right where it doubled back in the direction it started. Upon closer inspection of the river, she noticed that it appeared relatively deep and that they speed of the water was what she had been hoping for. With that in mind, Emi's gaze traveled over the area, taking in other sights which included the "lakehouse." From this distance, Emi could tell that it looked a little run down like it hadn't been touched for a year or two, suggesting it was abandoned. That meant it was even more suited to be her hideout for a little while. She turned back to the river and cracked her neck, then took a grip on her blade before preparing to front flip and dive into the river, but was stopped in her tracks by movement along the river bank. As if time were at a crawl, she let her gaze fall on the only thing she feared in this world that she knew of; a turtle. It took all of her willpower, and several knuckles thrust into her mouth to keep her from screaming her head off. Had it not been for the fingers she bit and broke the skin of, she would have certainly let out a high-pitched scream that would have woken the dead. There was no way she was getting in that water now, not with turtles hanging around. Abandoning that plan instantly, Emi scurried off down the edge of the river, leaping it where it crossed her path, and then headed towards the lake which rested several yards away.
