-Garuda is the type of person, who does have his moments with temper tantrum, and also sad emotions for a loss of something or someone, or just completely fear of rejections of things.
Biography:
A guy that appears to have some brother relations with Kotaru Mishino by blood. Even though one is a Arrancar, and one is a Shinigami. He recalls of having a brother, but never recalled of them being twins. He killed their clan and family, wanting to show is true self to everybody, even his younger brother. By the time they got older, they had a battle as being the spawns of Shimura...their father. The two brother battled viciously, seeing which one would be appeared the strongest out of their clan...and in the end? Only one had succeeded in that goal.(Kotaru) "I'll be back Kotaru..just you remember that... and I'll rip your heart out of your body showing you're weak!" Those were Garuda final words before faking his death and being exiled from the Soul Society forever.

1. Blue Flash- Faster than a regular Hoho technique, Garuda is able to teleport or travel at an intense speed of light, making him a "shocking" projectile protecting him from most exterior attacks besides earth attacks. For this to happen though, requires Garuda to release lightning in his hand or feet more than 2 seconds.
2. Zah'Lu Shang-Hai- A destructive attack which can be used as a defensive, or offensive attack. He can raise his hand to the sky which would give him the ability, to shoot out lightning from the sky in any type of formation, with different shapes or sizes.

Transforms into a freakish beast that still speaks, but reiastu covers his whole body and just the bones in some sort of freakish hound or something. His speed increase as also, has the power of electricity in his claws that gives anything a big spark making him a tough opponent in this form. The allows him the have both Fire and Lightning elemental attacks fused together when he has to, but uses them separately by his will.
