How long would this loneliness last, how long. It had been so long since Nesrin left to find and bring home a Banu, he was certain his family forgot about him. Who would care about an infertile half breed after all. Sighing Nesrin lay on a rock, he had hardly any self confidence. And to be honest, nothing had really given him a reason to have any. He couldn’t even manage to catch and bring home ONE female. Just one! At first he thought ‘no problem! There are plenty out there! I can find one!’ but no, he couldn’t even manage that! How useless he was!
Lately his visions had gotten more erratic, and more constant. Sometimes they were so bad he appeared to be having a seizure even. He wished he was normal like his siblings, well…as normal as a half breed could be at least. Nesrin folded his ears back and hid his face in his paws. Maybe he should just accept his life as a rogue, at least then he didn’t have to risk returning home empty handed…returning in shame…a failure as a male.

It was not every day the small leopon moved out of her mother's territory. It was cold beyond the borders - so terribly cold. Kilua, the small female, moved along the boundaries of the mountain territory that bordered her mother's lands. She had been out of her mother's land a week's time, and the cooler air still remained oddly cold to her.
She would get used to it soon - she would probably thing the Springs were too hot after! How strange that would be, but she rather liked the warm moisture that the springs provided.
She wanted to learn more though, and prove she could do well on her own - whether it was to herself or her mother, she didn't know. This was why she was out and about.

Still upset with himself, Nesrin couldn't help but think that he was hopeless. Here he was, on the brink of adulthood and still empty handed, nothing. He sighed a bit more before he lifted his head...taking a whiff of the air. Who was that? He could smell the scent of another in the air, but before that he simply had a...feeling that another was near. Did he invade a pride's territory on accident? He sure hoped not! Nesrin wasn't the righting type, and would likely lose if a fight was to occur.
Standing up, Nesrin lept from the rock, and follows the scent of the other individual. He was just going to see who it was, see what type of feline it was before he ran off. He stopped for a moment when he saw not only a female, but one similar to him! A half breed. Grinning, that made him feel happy. He rarely saw other leopons, infact other then his siblings he had never seen any! Hopefully she was friendly!
"Hello Miss...I hope I am not intruding." he said as he slowly approached her. He didn't want to scare her off.

"Intruding?" Kilua asked, confused for a moment. "Oh, no. You're not intruding. These aren't my lands," she shook her head, voice soft. "I don't believe they belong to anyone..." she murmured. She hadn't sensed anything as she ventured into the lands.
"My name is Kulia - may I ask yours?" she questioned in a quiet, patient voice. Her voice was normally soft, unless she was angry. Her new siblings tempered her explosive personality some.
Right now, though, she was weary - outside her family, she never really spoke to anyone, unless they needed help. It was... new, and she was certain he didn't need medical attention.

“Oh…well that’s good then.” Said Nesrin. Good, he tried to avoid pridal lands, he really didn’t want to fight with pride males over simply trying to bring a female home. “Nice to meet you Kulia. My name is Nesrin.” he asked her with a smile. At least she seemed nice enough, that made things easier.
“You look quite lovely miss Kulia. Might I ask what you are doing out here? The rogue land’s can be dangerous, especially for a lovely lady such as yourself.” it was unlike Nesrin to flirt, he was typically too shy to attempt. But he wanted to try a new tactic, he had to try something!
But before he could say anything else, he suddenly let out a groan and began to shake. He laid down on his belly…waiting for it to stop. He saw a vision…someone was walking and before them was a pack of hyena. Suddenly the hyena attack…then….the vision stopped…as did the shaking. Nesrin shook his head and sat up again. Why did they always have to happen at the worst of times? They weren’t even useful! They simply left him defenseless and looking like a freak for a few moment. Oh great…now she probably thought he was a freak! Just great! “S…sorry…about that..” said Nesrin. Could Lion blush, he probably would have out of embarrassment.

"Pleased to meet you, Nesrin," she gave a nod in greeting, black eyes practically glowing. She knew her black eyes, so much like her fathers, could be a bit off-putting and creepy. She gave a small smile to the male, though younger than she, was still quite nice.
"I'm out here as part of my training. I'm going to be a healer, hopefully," she admitted. Having a goddess as a mother really helped in her ability to recognize herbs, but she was still learning. "What-" she frowned as he began shaking.
"Are you alright? What happened?" she asked, worried. The healer in her taking the forefront.

Nesrin hadn’t quite heard what she had said about being a healer, beyond ‘pleased to meet you’ he hadn’t quite caught any of it between his shaking. He was happy it wasn’t too bad this times. Sometimes the visions got so intense he fell down. But this one was short, which was good.
When it stopped he heard her ask him if he was alight. Great, now he had to go and look like a freak in front of her, juuuuust great. “Sorry…I um…I see thing’s…I can’t quite explain…” despite there being other seers in his pride, the fact he had been gone for so long meant he hadn’t had time to discuss what was going on with any of them. And his father and siblings weren’t seers so he didn’t know how to talk to them about it. The whole thing he usually tried to keep to himself…so he didn’t come off as a freak.
“I know…I must sound crazy now…but…I can see things I shouldn’t. From the eyes of a stranger…” that seemed like the best way he could put it…

"See things?" she questioned. There were a few options that would explain that. There were plants that caused hallucinations. Dehydration could cause that as well, but he didn't appear unhealthy.
But then. he could also be a seer - similar to how she, and the rest of her siblings, were. She gave a frown. "From the eyes of a stranger?" It certainly sounded like he could See. His ability was not like hers, though. One of her siblings would probably manifest something similar, but she felt fortunate that hers related to plants.
"Can you describe these... visions?" she hinted at what she thought his ability could be. She needed more information though. She took a half-step forward, but she was unsure of how to comfort him.

At least her reaction didn’t seem like she thought of him as a freak. When she asked him to explain them….he thought about it and figured he would describe the one he just had. “Well..” he began. “The one I saw just now…someone was being attacked by a group of hyena. Though I don’t know if the one seeing it is a lion, a leopard, or maybe even another hyena. But they were attacked…then it stopped. I don’t know if they lived or not. Or who they are so it’s not like I could warn then..” Nesrin had come to the conclusion that his visions were about the future, it would help if he knew WHO’S future though.
It was then that he realized she had said ‘vision’ not ‘hallucination’…did that mean she understood somewhat? He had to be certain. “You seem interested in this, might you have some answers? My siblings and parent’s don’t see things like this…so I just always kept it to myself…it wasn’t so bad as a cub…I would just space out a bit…it wasn’t until I reached adolescence that I started to shake.” and the seizure’s just got worse…he could only imagine how bad they would be as an adult…
