Zeus:
Zeus is the god of the skies and lightning, as well as king of the gods. Therefore, His children can do the following:
-Make small lighting bolts come down. Bigger once drain energy very fast.
-Make small sky-related storms such as mini thunderstorms. Again, drains energy very fast.
-With help from their father, they can make larger storms and make more lightning strike down.
-They can also make small electric charges.
-They are not effected by electricity as badly.
Zeus children have an excellent charisma about them. They do not fear leadership, as they are most likely the leaders.
Poseidon:
He is the god of the sea, storms, and is also known as the "Earth Shaker". He made horses as well. And so, here are his children's powers:
-They have control over water to a certain point.
-They can create small earthquakes and such. But earthquakes are small ones (anywhere from a 1.0 to a 4.9)
-They have the ability to speak to horses.
-With help from their father, they can make larger earthquakes and have more control over the sea.
Poseidon is often moody like the sea. His children often make rash decisions and are temperamental sometimes. You could even call them Bipolar.
Hades:
He is the god of the underworld and the dead, but not death. His kids' powers:
-The ability to speak with the dead.
-Minimal shadow traveling. As the child get's more advanced, they can shadow travel longer distances.
-They can make the 'underworld fire' and 'underworld rocks'.
-With their father's help, they can summon an army of dead souls.
Because Hades is dark and gloomy, his children are very much the same. They seem to not care about this and come off as cold sometimes.
Hermes:
He is the god of travelers and thieves. He's also the official messenger of the gods! So his kids abilities are:
-They can run exceptionally fast.
-They have no problem with stealing and are very good at it.
-And, they have luck on their side.
-With their father's help, they can run faster than ever before!
They are the funny kids around camp and they love to prank. They can be sly, but are also good-hearted and when it comes to intellect they are right below the Athena kids.
Athena:
Speaking of Athena, this wonderful goddess is the goddess of strategic war, wisdom, and arts/crafts, therefore, here are the powers:
-The children can predict what their opponent will do.
-They can have a natural instinct that tells them what is right to do.
-They can make inventions very well.
-With some help from Athena, her children can have greater senses of wisdom and predictions of war.
Athenian children are calm, collected, and hardly panic. Like Zeus kids, they take gift leadership, but tend to over think things.
Ares:
He is the god of warfare and bloodlust. And his children can do these:
-They have an internal ability to sense the best weapons.
-They are skilled during a battle (They know what moves to make and when).
-They have greater strength and courage than other demigods.
-With their father's help, they can temporarily attain an 'aura or invincibility'.
Ares children are usually rude and sarcastic. Some people do not like them. They are brash and rebellious, but as their nature, they don't care.
Demeter:
She is the goddess of the harvest, Earth's fertility, and seasons. And once again, her children can do:
-They can easily grow plants and flowers.
-They have the ability to influence growth of farm vegetation.
-A knowledge of plants.
-With their mother's help, they can grow almost anything.
Her children are also very level headed, and have a good sense of patience. They have a deep care for the earth, plants, and animals.
Apollo:
Apollo has got to be one of the most diverse gods ever. He is the god of sun, prophecy, healing, music, and poetry, thus his children can:
-See the light and truth in almost everything.
-Optimistic.
-Can heal minor injuries.
-Can make small bursts of sunlight.
-With the help from their father, they can give full prophecies.
-Can be walking sundials.
He is the god that pulls the sun chariot across the sky. His children are excellent with archery and they tend to have an excellent musical and poetic ability.
Hephaestus:
The, needless to say, extremely epic god of the forge, fire, and blacksmith. He is the only one of the Twelve Olympians who isn't on Olympus all the time His children can:
-Make very good, high quality weapons
-Can withstand extreme heats (But are not immune to it!).
-They can make good quality inventions and items.
-With the help from their father, they can control bits of the fire
Hephaestus children are temperamental as well and are often isolated. They like their independence. I know how in the book there are fire users, but they are very, very rare. You want one you ask me and me only. And I will only give it to your character if you are at least semi literate.
Dionysus:
He is the youngest of the gods and the god of wine and fertility. He is also the god of madness. Therefore, here are his children's powers:
-The ability to make wine and other beverages.
-They can grow grapes and strawberries predominately.
-They can make a person have small lapses of confusion.
-With their father's help, they can make someone go permanently insane.
Dionysus is known as the party god, as his children often are not serious. The take things lightly and always 'go with the flow'. They are slightly flirtatious and hyper.
And last but not least:
Aphrodite:
She is the goddess of love, beauty, and sexuality. And so the powers are:
-A strong sense/belief of/in love.
-They can literally make people infatuated with them.
-They often dazzle with their beauty. (Not like Twilight.)
-With the help from their mother, they can make people fall in love with either themselves or someone else.
-Can change appearances to a small extent.
She is the goddess that is best at riding Pegasi, so her children are skilled in that area. They are also flirtatious as well, and are always looking their best. Always.
