Mischievous Son of Hermes "I lived there with Mum, but now I live with my granny over in Manhattan during the school year. Mum still lives over in England." Xander said with an almost nonexistent shrug. "It is quite something, I would have to agree." He added with a small chuckle.

Mischievous Son of Hermes Xander noticed that Selena was actually really pretty, and unintentionally went into flirt mode. Well, unintentionally wasn't the right word. He was fully aware of his actions. He leaned forward slightly, so that he would have to look up at her slightly if he was to look at her. This also made his blonde hair hang in his pale green eyes a little bit, creating a slightly 'mysterious effect. He had heard that this attracted a lot of girls generally. Though apparently 'most girls' knew this, because it never worked for him. Doesn't mean he would stop trying, though, right? Smiling slightly mischievously, he asked, "So, what types of things do you like to do in your spare time?"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~It was pretty obvious to Selena that Xander was trying to flirt. But that didn't mean that it didn't work. Now that she thought about it, he was really handsome, and that accent just spiked his attractiveness. She unintentionally, and this time, really unintentionally (XD) into flirt-mode, and took off her sunglasses, batting her eyes. "Well, being Poseidon's daughter and all, I love to swim, but I also love to read and write. I also play the guitar and sing," she said entrancingly. Her brown eyes pulled him in, and she leaned forward a little, so he was looking into her eyes, but could also have full range of looking other places, also (meaning the lake or the ground, NOT what I think you're thinking). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Feeling: Flirty Location: By the water at the lake with Xander, a son of HermesTheme Song: None

Mischievous Son of Hermes Kleptomania? Me? You must be delusional! ~Her reaction to his flirting startled him slightly. Xander had been expecting to either be rejected completely, or for Selena to be too naive to notice. "That's quite interesting." He said, a little slowly, in that alluring and interesting tone that seems to happen when people talk at that speed. Especially with accents. Xander stared deeply into Selena's eyes, the light from the ocean reflecting in her brown eyes. "What kind of songs do you sing?"~ I just tend to borrow things and forget to give the back!

It seems to me that music is really the only way people try to connect with others, or themselves. Is it easier to speak one's mind through music or direct words?"
