:: Owners ::
- o1. You will be provided a journal in the guild. It would be good if you maintained it, but it isn't mandatory for keeping your Pocky Boy.
o2. For growth you are required to post in the guild's Monthly Activity thread once a month for 3 months. If you do not post there for 12 straight months your Pocky Boy will be rehomed.
o3. Be friendly and courteous to fellow shop goers and owners.
o4. You may not give away without contacting the shop or sell your pocky. If you no longer feel that you should be it's/his caretaker and don't have a friend you want who is willing to take them on, alert the shop and we will find him a good home via free event.
o5. You may have more than one pocky, however all current pocky must at least reach the Child stage before you may get another, and you must be active in the shop (post in the shop thread more than once a week, this is subject to Mystaira's decision on whether you are active or not). However, you may not have more if you already have 2 pocky boys at the child stage (and not the bishie stage).

o6. *NEW* You may have no more than 5 pocky acquired from events/customs. RLC do not count towards this limit.
o7. We reserve the right to alter or add rules at any time, but you are only obligated to follow the rules of ownership from the day you purchased your pocky.
:: Pocky to Child Growth ::
- Nothing is required on the owner's part for the pocky to grow to child stage, aside from waiting. Pocky sold in events take 1 week to grow.
For customs, it depends on Myst's work load and the detail involved in the custom, it may take two weeks up to two months (or potentially more) for the pocky to grow into a child. If the art might take longer than two months, you will most likely be notified (If she doesn't have a bunch of other art to do and forgets to notify you...feel free to poke her.).
:: Child to Bishie Growth ::
- To grow from Child stage to Bishie stage, you will be required to complete at least 5 Play Dates and 3 Monthly Activity Points. To get Monthly Activity Points, you must post in the Monthly Activity thread in the guild once a month for 3 straight months.
- You get 1 Activity Point for each month you post (for a max of 3 points). If you don't post in the Monthly Activity thread during the course of a month then you will not gain an Activity Point. Only the latest 3 months are counted, once the month has changed you lose your point from 4 months ago. (Months are counted from the 1st of the month to the last of the month)
- If you know you are going to be unable to access Gaia during a month or more and provide prior notice of absence with a given time frame, you will retain your latest 2 Activity Points(if applicable) until the end of that time frame (posting for that month would give you the third point anyway). However if you do not post during the month when the time frame ends, you will start losing Activity Points again for each lost month. (Note: You can't go below 0 points, so the only penalty for missing a month is that it will take longer to fulfill requirements again.)

:: What to do when ready for Growth ::
When you have fulfilled the requirements, you will you be able to PM the mule for a growth request form. It is your choice when to submit the growth form (if you never submit it, do not blame Mystaira for never growing your pocky boy). Due to other work or real life issues she may have at the time, it may take up to a month or longer for Mystaira to carefully construct your child's Bishie stage; she will do her best to recreate your pocky boy's persona by the way he's roleplayed, so the more he is roleplayed, the more she has to go on.
- :: WARNING ::
The Gourmet Pocky Shop reserves the right to take away pocky from anyone* who does not follow the rules of ownership.
* This does not apply to RL customs or pocky boys who have been paid to forgo growth requirements.
:: Absence ::
If you do not show for 3 consecutive months, you will be sent a reminder. For 6 consecutive months, a warning will be sent. At 9 consecutive months, you will be given a final warning. At 12 consecutive months of not showing up in the thread, your pocky boy will be taken back and resold.
:: Inactivity ::
If you have not posted for Monthly Activity for 12 straight months, then your pocky boy will be taken away and resold.
