Weapon name: magickal staff (or wand.. i think a wand would be better)
Element: can it be a mixture of electric and fire? or maybe even electric and water LOL or if you don't have electric... maybe wind & water?
States: whatever you want
Any special effects: have stuff shoot out of it when attacking lmfao..
such as fire... or water...

Don't have thunder? Im TECH, or course I have Thunder. I also made a tech element that's effective against electronically-controlled animated.
