Name: Trinity Locke Age: 26 Interested in: Men
Personality: Very quiet to the extreme. She is the type of person who will hardly ever look you directly in the eye and will shrink away when someone is mad at her. But once someone gets her talking, they will realize that she is actually kind, sweet, and love-able. Shy, timid at first, but once someone gets to know her, they realize she's very kind at heart. Soft-spoken, but can be very sweet. When you get her to smile, she is in actuality very pretty. Trinity is a mute. History: Trinity was born into a very poor family with seven children (six girls and one boy). They were also very traditional. The older daughters got married before her brother was born and when Trinity and the second youngest child came along, the parents decided they didn't want any more girls as they were viewed as useless unless they were married. So her parents sold Trinity and her older twin sister into slavery. Since then, Trinity was separated from her twin and has changed hands from owner to owner. The most recent one is a ship captain and he's not very nice (understatement) to her...
Likes: writing, dogs, being outside at night, music, reading, playing the piano and the violin (when she gets the chance/is allowed to) Dislikes: cats, being yelled at, frilly clothing, her parents, seeing people/friends get hurt.Name:Cayden Dante Keystone Age: 28 Interested in: Women
Personality: On the outside, Cayden is child-like, flighty, all around "goofy" in behavior, his surface facade overcoats a brilliant imagination and a thorough knowledge of a hundred varying sciences. Forever extemporizing and reevaluating, he has been responsible for heists no right minded individual would believe possible. And he will go to great lengths to right injustice. While he sees nothing wrong with his chosen profession, he reminds anyone who asks that the people from whom he steals are people who can take the loss, and that there are worse people than he in this world. He also shows a chivalrous streak that compels him to help those less fortunate than he (especially slaves and indentured servants). He's best defined as an intelligent guy with a child's fun-loving demeanor, laughing and quipping in the face of opposition with a handy trick always available to maintain an upper hand. Cayden has a soft spot for Trinity, and would do anything to protect her, no matter the cost.
Bio: Cayden grew up as the only son of a minor noble, but very rarely lived that lifestyle. Cayden preferred to be down in the town proper, with Max and his gang of friends. Cayden was never one to flaunt his family's position over those of the lower class, unless it was used for good. At one point, Cayden got in a very large amount of trouble when he forged his father's signature on the release papers for all of the slaves he owned. And his father disowned him after a few more similar incidents. Cayden was thrown in jail and drafted after nearly beating a city guard to death for his mistreatment of a slave. From there, he was put into Max's squad and followed him wherever he went as his second in command, until Evee came along. Cayden was, in effect, replaced by Evee once she had enough training. Cayden didn't mind though, he saw it as a way to get Max and Evee together, and he knew he had just as much of a say in Max's crew as Evee did, Max just couldn't have two first mates was all.

Cayden yawned loudly as he steered the ship with one hand. Turning the ship towards the nearby dock, he aimed the ship carefully, and cut the engine with his other hand as soon as they were docked safely. He let go of the wheel and stretched his arms above his head and cracking his neck. He stepped down from the helm of the ship and headed into his quarters, looking around for something. After a minute or so of searching, he found it; a list of supplies they needed. He yawned again and left his quarters, grabbing the sword and pistol that hung just beside the door. He walked to the other side of the small ship and knocked on the door opposite his; Trinity's quarters. He knocked a few times and said, "Trinity! We've made port. We should get some supplies. We've got some extra cash, we can afford to treat ourselves to a little something extra today." Cayden leaned against the wall and fiddled with his watch, opening it and closing it. The watch was a gift from Max, given to him when he left the Black Cutlass.
Cayden and Trinity's departure from there had been as good as it could possibly be; Cayden had explained to Max that he wanted to make good on his promise to get Trinity home, and Max had agreed, that was all there was to it. They had been traveling for a month now, every day getting closer to Trinity's home island. They had just stopped off to refuel and get some supplies before moving on. They didn't need much, seeing as how it was just the two of them. Cayden had rigged a mechanical system to all of the ship's systems, accessed directly from the helm. He could fire the cannons, start and stop the engine, even reload the cannons from there. Cayden probably could have done everything on the ship alone, but he was glad that Trinity was along for the ride. She was good company, and he liked her, she was a good friend and he would do anything to protect her, even if it cost him his life.

Watching through the porthole as the ship was docked, Trinity had been sitting on her cot. It was a nice place to get some thinking done. Though it wasn't the only place where Trinity spent time lost in thought in the past month since leaving the Black Cutlass. Max and Evee had been really nice and welcoming to her when she first met them and even continuing with that treatment when they had separated. She still didn't have any idea why Cayden would bother trying to bring her with them let alone separate from his friends to take her home. That was what she had done most of her thinking about. She had asked Cayden several times before as to why he was attempting to bring her back to her home. And he said the same thing every time: that he was a man of his word and planned on keeping his promise to her to bring her home. However, Trinity was betting that he didn't know a definite answer to her question.
Her thoughts were interrupted by knocking at her door coupled with Cayden's muffled voice telling her they had docked. She knew that already as she had been watching the entire time. He was right though. They did need supplies. Getting to her feet, Trinity sighed and then went over to the door. Upon opening it, Trinity blinked as Cayden was standing right there. A slight blush came to her feet in embarrassment as she looked away briefly.

Cayden smiled when Trinity exited her quarters, putting his watch away and standing up from the wall. He saw her turn away and he said, "Sorry if I surprised you. I figured you would want to see this." Cayden pointed towards the city, past where they were docked. The place they were docked at was the Port of Sansina, with Sansina itself being an odd thing to behold. Unlike other cities, Sansina was a remnant of the lost age, a city of metal, towering up out of the ground where it was based. A single large tower, with multiple levels was at the center of the city. The tower housed the offices of the government, the mayor and the lawmakers and everyone else with a stake in the governing of the city. The rest of the city was made up of similar buildings, though smaller in size, looked very similar to the central building. Cayden had heard of these buildings before, apparently, they were called 'skyscrapers', for obvious reasons. It was Cayden's first time seeing them, and he didn't know about Trinity, but the sight was breathtaking. Cayden sighed and said, "That's quite a sight... but we don't have forever, we gotta get some supplies and then head out! Maybe we can get a little something extra, we do have a bit of extra cash. C'mon, I'll buy you something." Cayden waved Trinity forward and stepped off the boat heading into the docks district.

As Cayden pointed out towards the cityscape, Trinity looked in that direction. She had traveled to lots of places while a slave, but never to a city like this one. As such, she ended up staring at the view for a little while. The sight really was amazing. She had never quite seen so many tall buildings in one place before. Her mouth moved as if she was going to say 'wow', but she didn't actually speak it. Trinity was jolted out of her amazement when Cayden said that they had things to do in the city and they should get going. Trinity nodded before hurrying back into her room. She grabbed her usual small pad of paper and a pencil and hurried after Cayden. He was already on the dock by the time Trinity caught up to him and fell into step next to him.

As Trinity fell into step beside him. Cayden started speaking, "Okay Trinity, what we absolutely undeniably must have before we leave is; fuel, food, we'll get to what kinds later, and most importantly, we need ammunition for our cannons. We'll be stopping by the armory in town later, first we need to go see the dock master." Cayden had just finished speaking when the pair reached the dock master's office. Cayden opened the door and walked inside, holding it open for Trinity and shutting it behind her. Cayden approached the desk of the dock master and said, politely, "Sir, I need fuel for my ship as well as directions to both the armory and the shopping district." The dock master looked up and said, gruffly, "Alright. Sign these papers, toss me your gold and there's a map of the city on the wall there." Cayden did as he was told, and the dock master called to one of his apprentices who nearly ran out the door to get everything in order. Cayden walked over to the map and looked it over, memorizing where they were and where they needed to go. He smiled and waved to the dock master as he led Trinity out the door and turned down the street towards the armory, their first stop.

Trinity looked up at Cayden, nodding twice as he listed off the things they really needed to get before they left. He was right. They did need fuel and food most of all. While Evee and Max had given them some, along with extra ammunition, to start with, they were running low on all of those things now.
She followed next to Cayden as they approached the office of the dock master. She even listened patiently as Cayden arranged to get fuel delivered to the ship. Though, she made sure to study the map as Cayden did so she could also remember where to go if they got separated or something while shopping.
When they were back outside, Trinity made sure to follow Cayden and not get lost. After a moment or two, she took out a blank shee of paper in her small notepad and quickly wrote down a question. 'How much ammunition do you think we will need?' Her handwriting was a little messy given that she was walking and writing at the same time, and that in and of itself was pretty difficult, but hopefully Cayden would be able to read it. Trinity gave a tiny tug on his shirt sleeve and held out the notepad for him to see.

Cayden felt a tug on his coat sleeve and he turned to Trinity. He smiled and took the notepad, read it, handed it back to Trinity and said, "I'd say we'll need around forty cannonballs a couple 10 grapeshot's, and maybe... twenty chain balls. If my math is right, which it normally is... it should be about 200 gold. That'll leave us with... 500 gold pieces and a couple silver." Cayden continued walking down the street towards the armory, thinking silently as he walked. There wasn't much to do other than walk, but Cayden wanted a bit of conversation; a difficult task considering Trinity couldn't speak. He turned to her and smiled, saying, "So Trinity it's, been a month since we left, what do you think of this life? You like it? I couldn't settle down again if I tried, I've always gotta be on the move, so this kinda life suits me." Cayden smiled and kept walking, waiting for Trinity's reply. She had to take a bit longer because she had to write it down, but Cayden didn't mind.

Trinity brought the notepad back down towards herself as Cayden began answering her question. Looking forward as she walked, Trinity made sure to listen to what Cayden told her about the money and what armaments they'd need. As he listed off what they needed, Trinity made sure to write down all the items so they wouldn't forget, as a sort of checklist. When she was done writing, Cayden asked her yet another question. Did she like the life of a sailor? That was a good question. It wasn't too bad given that she wasn't a slave to a pirate anymore. She had to think a little bit before writing down her response. Her hand writing was a tad messy because they were walking at the same time. "I'm not sure... It beats being a slave at least." she finally wrote down before holding the notepad to up Cayden.
