This is a relatively new area built upon a plateau of moonladen and sunladen soils, the type of life here blooms and twists into more advanced things each day. The soil is being linked to the division of the two types of magic, and how they relate to the rest of Aeternum society. If use of the soil could be specified and directed, then very specific types of division could occur, making a new species of animal or something else even more enigmatic than humans or life already present itself. With this in mind, the same innovation in the nature of change could lead innovators down a path of destruction.
