Scarlett and her troop reported back to their commander. He nodded and said they were just setting up groups to go after Justin's army for when they moved. Scarlett was ordered to go after Justin and the half demon vampire winced, her ears going back. She nodded, saying she'd do it. She set out again to find Justin, declining troops to come with her. She disappeared in to the woods, seeing troops going off in different directions.

Justin's commander came up to him and said that he was to go after the enemy general, AKA Scarlett. Justin nodded reluctantly and went off into the woods. After searching for her brainwaves, he managed to find the girl. He desperately wanted to avoid fighting her, but he didn't know what to do.

Scarlett went once more to the river, standing at the bank with her hands behind her back and her feet set apart in a pondering sort of stance. She watched the flowing water in silence, milling over things to try and think of a way to avoid battle with Justin. Her ears perked when she heard him approach, but she didn't turn to look at him yet, a finger on one hand tapping her other hand as a light wind blew her hair to the side.

Justin just stood there for a few minutes, unable to really say something. He pulled Rebellion off of his back....and dropped the blade on the ground. "I know, this is gonna sound insane, coming from me, but....I just don't wanna fight you anymore." He told her. "How do I explain this? You've......gotten under my skin. First, it started with the fights. You are a great fighter, and a worthy opponent, don't get me wrong, but after awhile, it went from respect to something of an obsession, for lack of a better word. Now, the thought of fighting you makes me feel insane and confused. I don't want to hurt you, but we're enemies. Makes no sense, Right?" He said.

Scarlett listened silently to what Justin had to say. She sighed softly, taking her Butterfly Swords out of their sheath with on hand and driving them both in to the ground next to her. She turned to face Justin, "I know what you mean, Justin." She said with a soft sigh. "I don't want to fight you, don't want to hurt you....You were a great opponent and I respected that, along with the fact that you treated me as an equal instead of a weak woman that didn't belong in the army. But even if I tried to ignore it, I did find myself...uh, obsessing over you like you said you were over me. Although...I think the emotion here is...love?" She said softly, blushing lightly as she looked up at him.

At the mention of the last word, Justin went crimson. "Yeah....I think that's the right word." He said. A few seconds passed. "I think...I love you too." He added. This was an awkward scenario. They finally confessed to each other, but they were still enemies. How the hell would this work.

Scarlett gave a small smile, biting her lip some. Her mind raced as she tried to formulate a plan to find a way to try and stop the war so she and Justin wouldn't be enemies any more. She looked at him once more, "Didn't this war start because of a fight for territory? If that's the case, then we need to get our leaders together to form an agreement to stop this war." She said, picking up her swords again and putting them away as she tried to figure things out.

Justin let out a sigh. "Easier said than done. The leaders won't listen to a pair of generals. Unless they have good reason to." He told Scarlett.

Scarlett pursed her lips some, "Ugh...both sides have already men, I'm surprised they wouldn't listen because of th-!" she was cut off when she heard the sound of a weapon flying through the air before an arrow went in her left arm. She yelped, looking at it, "Well...seems someone's a good mark's man." She grumbled, gripping the shaft and roughly pulling the arrow from her arm. Blood dripped from the wounds and Scarlett looked around to see who had shot the arrow.

Justin looked around to find who shot the arrow at Scarlett. So far, no luck. He then looked to Scarlett. "Are you alright?" He asked her.

Scarlett nodded, "i can just heal it." she said, her hand glowing blue as she healed the wound. She sighed some, "Now we just need to try and talk to our leaders and get them to try and make an alliance to stop this war." she sighed some.

Justin nodded. "Yeah." He said, but he had his doubts about this plan. He wanted to stop the fighting, but he knew that the leaders wouldn't take to the idea of peace so easily.

Scarlett sighed some, moving some hair from her face. she could sense troops from her and Justin's armies nearby and knew they had to move. She narrowed her eyes, "We need to go, now. Troops from our armies are closing in from either side and we don't want them to see us not attacking each other." she said, getting ready to leave and go to talk with her leader.
