  *Dedicated to all of the Cyberpunkers and Steampunkers Fighting against Injustice and for what they believe in.* Two Concepts, Two visions, yet they share one world, and they made the most out of it. However the line between the two worlds begin to thicken, and eventually unbreakable; as a result, they separated themselves from each other; causing two different Factions.
Cybers: The ones who exist high in the sky with their floating Cities, The Technology in a Cyberpunk City is highly advanced and is usually populated with Mechs and Humans. However, with their Advanced Technology, comes with a great sense of Anarchy; Some Cities are often Dystopian Cities and is literally crawling with Thugs, Malfunctioned Mechs, and constant attacks, however the attacks come from the people who are fighting against injustice, Vigilantes and hackers they call them, however they are mostly called: Cyberpunkers.
Steams: The ones who exist on the grounds of the world. Archaic and Pretty primitive compared to Cybers, The Technology run there is that of similar to that of Victorian 19th century; the main power used there is steam. The ones who are in charge of the Steam are Espers and well-mannered monsters. The world they live in is much cleaner and safer then the world of Cyber, however they're constantly in threat of Attacks from harmful hostiles roaming around the world; Monsters and Evil Beings, Thankfully they are protected by the few who are risking their lives to fight against the evil. They are called Steamwielders or Mercenaries, however they are mostly referred as Steampunkers
Despite the world as it is, it's a pretty fun life to live in; especially the rumors going out, they say that there's a statue out there in the world, which if held by beings in the world, it can grant them any wish. However in order to acquire such a statue, they must first gather up the ancient Relics in the world so they can assemble the statue. Thus starts the grand adventure of life, love, betrayal, hope, and dreams for many. It even attracted the Attention of Angels and Demons of the world as well as Monsters, Mechs and Humans, themselves. However with all that attention comes to mind, it also drew in the evil within some people's hearts. As a result, a grand adventure draws near and a new beginning emerges.

◖Rules◗ these are my main rules from some RP's and I'm sticking to them. Remember two things about the rules: 1) Highlight 2) I'm always updating, I'll keep you posted. ♠) Follow the Gaia TOS, the guild rules, and finally my rules.
Keep it in mind; The RP may get confusing at first, That's why I'll be helping you guys out for some time to time. Once you read all the Rules PM me your Profile with either Cyberpunker, or Steampunker. As of right now I'm only accepting two profiles in each character, once we get things moving I'll add in additional slots, once we reach 5 pages I'll add in another slot then it doubles from there to 10, then 20, all the way to 40. Then no more. You can reserve space however.
♡) I'm okay with violence, but don't make it too gory, (especially ones with weak stomachs.)
♢) Romance is good too, just keep things to a respectable minimum, (If you're going to kiss don't make too long and drawn out, also If you want to go up and beyond keep things in IM and tell me the results in a PM so I can confirm it here, or better yet just put this up wahmbulance and we'll know that. . . You did a couple of things, I'm pretty sure no one wants to see some of the hardcore romance going on; especially the mods.)
♣) Of course I'm El Captiano, so I'll be watching you guys, If you go out of line, or the RP is going in a direction that really isn't necessary or I think it's out of control, I'll take necessary actions to fix things; auto-hitting, god-modding, taking control of other user's characters, ETC. I'm going to be lenient on you guys by giving you a strike system,
Strike one: a verbal warning
Strike two: a temporary suspension
Strike three: trip to the black list, killing/removal off your character and you'll be banned from this RP
♠) One of my biggest Gripes about an RP is that there seems to be a point where People ignoring other people's post. Listen, Think of other people's post; that way you won't look ignorant and people can have fun. So before you post, read other people's post and augment them on to yours, also you can't solve everything just by popping things out of nowhere; that's call twinking.
♤) Try to be active; post at least once a week/Month, if you're going to be gone PM me, or post it in the OOC thread.
♤) Also If you're going to post. don't leave others hanging. I'm only allowing six posts of private chat; each. After that you'll have to report back to another character.
♤) As for Battles: if its a standard battle between RPers keep it a minimum of at least 10 Posts each. I don't want overly drawn out battles with no clear cut winner. Also If you're going to battle, determine a winner; whether it's by choice or a flip of a coin. Just pick out a losing side.
♤) If I see something interesting within your posts, I might just PM you. Don't worry it's nothing bad, it's just that I see potential in some posts and I might add a couple things in to make things interesting.
♥)PM me the Profiles as I will check them out, don't worry if I don't accept them in a period of time, its not because I hate you, its more of because I have a Life, until summer that is.
♦)Keep the Cussing/Swearing to a minimum, and no of the huge cuss words.
♧) Keep things Semi-Lit please, I understand if: you're not creative, have writer's block, don't have that much posting time in your hands, don't have Firefox with it's spell checker (Get it I recommend it, way better then Internet Explorer, and evenly matched with google chrome)

 RacesWithout a doubt, The rumor about the Statue grew so much that even Angels and Demons began to run around the world; finding such Relics. The Races are categorized into four different groups: Human:The able and versatile beings in the world; being able to adapt into any situation and with normal growth patterns. Despite that, Humans can never do what others do: Utilize natural Spells, Breath fire, or Evolve, however what they are good at is being able to utilize every single Item they make in the world; whither its a common sword, to the most powerful heavy blaster repeater, they can wield it, and they get stronger every time they use their weapons. +Can be able to utilize every single Weapon - Can't Evolve, or utilize natural magic; must be carrying a spell book. Esper:Espers have different Meanings, but it general all it means is "Beings who can act human but have different physical features." Espers can cast magic and wield weapons, however they do not grow as fast as humans do when utilizing the weapons, can't breath fire, or even evolve, they can't wield some weapons Current Espers: Angels, Demons, Lizardmen, Nekos, Elves, Halflings.+Can utilize Magic - Not as generally strong as Humans Mechs:Mechs are beings created by humans and carry out orders by humans, However some of these Mechs became self aware and decided to attack the towns, however some of them decided to live amongst humans and live out peaceful lives. There are many variety of Mech. Some are small and cute while others are large and awesome, however the most big they can get is the size of two humans stacked together; a rough estimate between 8-10 feet. They can wield most weapons, and can utilize magic with a little wiring into their systems, and are most durable but they can't evolve, and they are expensive to maintain. +Very durable - Very expensive. Monster: In the Over world under the Cyber Cities, the lands are plenty with Monsters with the occasional bandits and thugs. Some of them entered the Cities without anyone noticing and ransack the local libraries and learned to talk in the English language. In the end they Live in the Steam world with the Espers, however only some can accomplish that feat; living with Espers. With a strong resolve they'll stop at nothing to create a peaceful life with the Espers and eventually Mechs and Humans. Monsters can't wield Weapons, but they can utilize magic and breath fire out of their mouths or other things as well. They can also evolve by eating the meat of their slain enemy. +Can evolve by eating the meat of the slain enemy. - Can't use weapons
