I always seem to be screaming your name.
Why can't you hear me?
It always seems to be the same, the same.
I am just speaking to deaf ears.
My problems have no room;
You can't hear them through your own.
And I can't hear anything but you.

I'm trying so desperately to be heard.

I'm saying silence, it just seems so absurd.
I try to listen, try to offer advice,
No matter how much that costs me.
How come you always turn me into a joke?
Why can't you take me seriously?
