If you're an Espada rank, then you dont need to talk to Ichigo about having a Ressureccion.
Being an Espada pretty much requires you to have your Ressureccion achieved.

And I think (depending on your rank) you get to use 2 of those ability slots.

I believe you're approved as well. I saw that you were already added to the ranks list, so I assume it means you're accepted.
