Rage
So much anger inside of me...
It boils and spews out when least expected
Holding it all in for too long...
It's like the flaming poison of a dragon
Like a viper in the night...
People are oblivious to the danger
I try so hard to contain it...
So hard that I ignore and resist it
I'm like a simmering volcano...
Appearing calm, but able to kill in a moment.

I've heard many metaphors used with anger. But this one was very beautifully written compared to what I had heard. You convey this emotion very well.
However, there is a typo in the first line . . .
