I have not known any info about the new Halo yet, but let's imagine what it might be. What the storyline is. Hoping for anything new? Will 343 Industries screw up so badly that Halo offically dies? Who is UNDER THE FREAKIN HELMET!!!!! Feel free to think up some ideas or share any new info that we don't know yet. UPDATE:

...wait, what?
There's going to be a Halo 4? I hope they end the story after this game. I don't really like a game series to drag on too long. It gives the developers a chance to produce loopholes in the storyline, which tend to piss me off to no end.

Reach was the final one. No more new Halo games. The only thing new coming from Bungie anytime soon will be Halo Combat Evolved in HD. They're updating the graphics to reach standards for the first halo and changing nothing else. Oh, and as to ideas on who Master Chief is under the helmet, read the books. First Strike will explain all about Spartan-II's. Training, lessons, personalities, memories, hell even descriptions of what John looked like as a kid. Ghosts of Onyx explains the Spartan III's, the Spartans on reach. The Fall of Reach goes more into detail and tells you what Chief was doing during the fall of Reach. Seriously. They're really good books and fill in alot of information. Oh, and for official bungie news, go to bungie.net

I am not familiar with 343 industries in their gaming. But if there still would be Halo 4 I WILL DAMN BUY IT! HAHAHHAHA but if i can remember bungie owns the right to publish the halo games or was it microsoft xD well anyways CHEERS TO HALO 4!

Halo 4 has not been announced yet but, i do see it coming in the (far) future.
What the storyline is. master chief waking from cairo sleep and discovering the mystery behind the strange planet he was heading for at the end of Halo 3.
Hoping for anything new?: yes... i do not know what but, developers tend to be good at satisfying fans soo. =D
Will 343 Industries screw up so badly that Halo offically dies? absolutely not. they've been working with Bungie since Halo: Combat Evolved and almost all of them were Bungie employees.
Who is UNDER THE FREAKIN HELMET!!!!! to be honest i do not think they will actually show this. (Although they have described it in one of the Halo books) ...
the helmet not coming off is one of the biggest things about Master Chief's personality... his face is a mystery and that just adds to his unique personality.

The trailer looks like crap. Bungie better have not F**ked up on this one. It would be the first game since bungie was bought out and if they're going to continue a series that is pretty much over as it is... They better do it pretty damn well. I hope to god they don't add armor abilities to the campaign of Halo 4. They might come up with some bullshit reason to, but the reality is that Spartan II's can't use armor abilities, they were never seen until reach, and some retard's going to be like, " Well... we never saw any of them before because the are rare, but now they're just gonna be lying anywhere convenient, so... Merry Christmas! X3" And if you read the books and do the math, Master Chief is in his mid to late 40s. The War is over. We won. Sure we can go back into the past and relive different scenarios, but the only ones we truly have yet to relive are Harvest and Onyx. I'm just saying that if they do decide to continue the Halo Series, it had still better be Halo. That, and the trailer sucked.

They say it's a completely new Halo Trilogy so it will probably involve something other than the Covenant. If he was in Cryo, quite a long time could have passed, and now there's a completely new war.

also, Bungie didn't get bought out... they signed a 10 year contract with Activision.

From the date that master chief started training at six years old,2519, to the date that reach fell, 2552, he's already pretty damn old. And you're only in cryo for about 2 weeks at a time. And, if spartan II's can use armor abilities, Why don't we ever see Chief or Jorge use them?

Whatever man. Believe what you want to believe. I'm just saying that since Bungie publicly declared that reach was going to be their last game, Halo 4 better be pretty damn good. They better not pull another flop like ODST or Halo Wars.
