INDENTATIONMaybe being a bit too optimistic about this place has its draw backs, you know? I mean I hadn't meant to make a friend. Nor did I mean to suddenly have to temporarily move back due to family issues. Boy, I hope she's totally okay that I suddenly vanished like that. Heck, I hope my schooling doesn't get affected badly for it. It might, but I feel awful about it. I can't do much, but now that my Uncle and his wife's mother passed away and asked for the ENTIRE EXTENDED FAMILY TO VISIT HIM for the wake...only to find out that instead of passed away it was 'passed a wake'...

INDENTATION Yeah. Mom and Dad were asbolutely pissed. I don't think I recalled ever seeing my father break out the flip boards so quickly and scribble up fourty pages of 'Why we moved'. The lecture was rather nifty too. A three hour lecture on why we left including lots of large words that my uncles and aunts didn't quite understand. It was priceless. There were a lot of photos taken and I plan on sharing that once I get back to King's City.

INDENTATIONBut aside from all that nasty horrible awful stuff involving family, a trip back to the old town wasn't too bad. Got to see a lot of alligators and played around with my nice aunt's farm. I love those horses and mules there. It just reminds me so much of those films I love. Especially that drawl she has. She's from this weird place called 'Texas'. Says a lot of folks talk like that, I don't know what she's talking about other than I want to some day go there... Then again, all she talks about is the lack of water and the heat and the ants and cows. Lots of cows.

INDENTATION You know, cows are adorable creatures. Them and armadillo. I don't know why I like them so much, but I do. Oh! And Coyotes! Boy, I sure have a weird taste in critters.

INDENTATIONAnyways, the other important thing here is that I've convinced my parents to let me stay in King's City. They've had to pull a few strings, but I'm going to be living here while they bounce back and forth between the old town and here. Apparently the uncles managed to screw up the financial situation and my mother just can't leave well enough alone. Dad's off here and there on business so it was best that they left me here in a steady school. Something about good education. They thought about enrolling me in the all girl school, but after one look at the prissy nature, they realized I was better at the current school. That and I accidentally wandered off and helped that local janitorial staff fix some lightbulbs... My mother was embarassed beyond hell. Dad was amused, like always, at the shade his wife could get when trying not to scream and stomp and act like some sort of child. So yeah, I'll be staying here. No wild parties...But I'll get to decorate however I want within a budget. We'll see how this goes.

INDENTATION First things first: I'm buying me some Cacti.
