So what is the all-around most strange game you ever played, and why is it strange?

The Torture game series made in Flash. I understand gore and violence like God of War, but a game with torturing a human/doll as its primary goal? I found it very disturbing. I've only played the second game once years ago, but its left an imprint in my memory.

Mr. Mosquito is one of the weirdest games I've played. In the game you play as a mosquito who wants to get blood before winter. But there are only certain points where you can suck blood from the humans. If the humans get mad then you have to fight them. Later in the game the family becomes more and more determined to exterminate one mosquito. The amount of traps the humans put up is ridiculous. It is a strange game but it was still a lot of fun. xd

I've only played the second game once years ago, but its left an imprint in my memory. I remember that game. I agree, it was a little creepy at first, but tying ropes to everything and impaling him with spikes was pretty entertaining. @topic: I'd have to say either Chibi Robo or Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg. The first is a game where you're a tiny robot cleaning up trash and filth in your residence (while simultaneously solving family problems) and the latter is a fast-paced beat-'em-up platformer where you kill monsters with giant eggs. The Japanese make some pretty weird games.

Stretch Panic. You're a little girl who gets a possessed scarf that allows her to stretch reality. Oh and her twelve sisters got possessed by demons of envy or something. And the standard enemies of the game are girls with chests larger than trucks. All in all, it wasn't a bad game. It had a unique visual style, the scarf was pretty cool, and the bosses were creative and often challenging. But it was really short too.

I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet. Katamari would have to be the strangest one I've ever played. If by some wild chance you don't know about it, you're a prince that looks like you've got your head caught in some kind of cylindrical object, and your father is some kind of godly king (who wears pink tights, no less). He went on a joyous rampage (practically a voyeur, considering the way he spoke about it) and destroyed the stars, so it's up to you, the prince, to put it all back together. The object of the game is to take a little sticky ball and just roll junk up in it until it gets big enough and it makes a star that the king destroyed. You just do that until the ball is so big that you're completely dwarfed by it (and surprisingly not even eaten up by it), rolling up every bit of debris you can find. Everything. Everything. Thumbtacks, popcorn, cards, toys, garbage, small animals, dishes, chairs, small furniture, large furniture, television sets, doors, people... you know. Not to mention the "cutscenes" that occur between levels where the strange blocky people allow some nonsensical scenario unfold that usually has nothing to do with what's going on. I mean, you'd think they'd notice all their stuff being rolled up into a huge ball of debris, but no. That'd be weird.
The disclaimer: I do not think this game is bad for being so weird, nor do I dislike it. It was just that. Weird.

I'm oddly surprised nobody mentioned LSD dream emulator for the playstation. O.O Ah well. Anyway, some of the most bizarre games are that and Yume Nikki. .w. Play Yume Nikki, and you might understand what I'm exactly saying right there. I mean, there are certain areas where you have to go through some events and gather 25 effects. On another note, LSD is basically a dream emulator game that is very random. You'll see floating elephants. :3
