I think it depends on how much desire Oni has for a shrine at this point, because the advantages of said shrine would be a greater following which could end up as an excellent means and way or massing an army together to take over a small South American country or something? If that doesn't happen, the donations to the shrine and the tourists it attacts could be a plus!
