So...my first period after my IUD.

I've had my IUD for a month yesterday. My period started exactly 28 days.

I was prepared for an onslaught of blood as many women have longer, heavier periods while using paraguard.

It started really lightly on Tuesday. Wednesday was light and so was Thursday.

TODAY IT LOOKS LIKE A SLAUGHTERHOUSE IN MY UNDIES.

It tapers off after a few months so I can deal. The fact that I was wearing a regular tampon from this morning didn't help. xD

Good thing is I get to shower daily at work after the gym so i'm all fresh now. :3

That's why I love my diva cup. No worrying over if I have the right absorbancy tampon in place.

Sini and I talked about those and I am just not comfortable with the prospect of being caught in a situation where I am forced to wash out a cup of menstrual tissue in a public bathroom sink.
