::Yasogami High School Film Studies Club::
Once a fairly famous club in the school, in recent years the Film Studies Club was folded into the Drama Club and ceased to exist for a time. In April, however, a Freshman with a strong love of movies banded together with a group of friends to reestablish the original Film Studies Club. Having barely scraped together the required five members to start the club, they look to bolster their ranks through the Recruitment Festival and then, together with new friends, create a film for the Ran-Sen School Festival that will earn them the privileges associated with victory in the famous contest...and secure the long-term future of their club, even after they're gone.
Though they do not have set meeting times, whenever there is planning or production work to be done the group bands together to talk things over, go on trips, and work diligently on their films. Despite his youth, they all depend on their Director to provide them with instructions and make their work into something good...which, despite his usually unreliable nature, he has actually proven to be fairly good at.
In the Film Studies Club you will:
- Act, Edit, and Help create at least 1-2 films each year for the Festivals.
- Discuss films and techniques which might be used for the films.
- At least one Club Trip per-year to shoot on location outside of school/Inaba.
- Meet on days when called into the club, hang out, and form a good rapport with your fellow clubmates.
- Compete against other clubs in the Ran-Sen Festival with a particular focus on defeating the rival Drama Club.
