I forgot to list this, but Itagaki has said that he apologizes for pushing back the game, and that they are working on an update that will "fix" (we hope) the issues online, as well as "balance" out the characters more.
This could mean move changes, such as toning down Hayate, or Christie, and things of that nature. He also mentioned that ppl "expressed an interest" in more costumes. So they MAY release more costumes but that project is on hold due to staff and time issues, as well as this update for DOA4. BUT, that they may release more costumes in the future, and if they do they will cost money.
On a side note the next game they will put out is DOA XBV 2.

Most likely they won't be making more costumes because Team Ninja's staff is small and they need as much of the team to work on the next project which is DOAX2.

Itagaki confirmed that there will be more costumes, but because of the size of the staff, and the update that is "needed", and the work on doa xvb2, that they are gonna have to be put on hold, and that when they do make them and release them that they will cost "real" money. So yes, we will have more costumes, just some time in the far future, like 2030 or something, haha.
