If u have defeated Red u can read onwards
1 go to Mr. Pokemon's House then talk to him
2 U have acquired the 9Blue orb for HG, Red orb for SS go to that place with the hiker by the Safari Zone SW of it go in and u see Groudon or Kyogre
3. go to Professor Oaks lab
4 trade Groudon for SS to HG if it is from the place called Embedded tower and go to Proffessor Oaks lab again he gives U THE JADE ORB!
5 go to Embedded Tower again u may now Catch RAYQUZA save b4 u catch each of these 3 pokemon u may need master balls
