It can do several things, that unless someone like Cobra or Luo were using that everybody would have confidence that it wouldn't be used incorrectly and God modded; it would just be God modded by everybody who had it. Even I'm not sure I would be confident that I wouldn't God mode it. Even Pain himself God modded it.

In all honesty Shira, and in my opinion, the Deva path is the least op by comparison. Cause all of the others are just plain OP. Even the animal because, come on, put that in the hands of someone like greg... There wouldn't be a ninja world left. But that's just my opinion... It's cause the Deva is the only one I like.

since it can repel/attract ANYTHING there is no way it isn't OP. there would have to be severe limitations to the point where all you have are jutsu that are already useable by fuuton users. (attracting/pushing small/medium objects) or when working with metal Raiton users. besides it kinda makes rp boring (not to mention incredibly annoying to the other user) if you can stop any attacks they send your way. Even with the cooldown that attack was OP.

about the animal world comment. Put just about any jutsu in the hands of the right user and it can be made to appear OP. that's just skill, the jutsu is not to blame. Animal realm just seems like summoning to me.

now, since we've beat that dead horse long enough time to move on. I have one last comment about what i want from the crew.

I think sometimes it feels like the crew gets a bit ahead of itself with things like the XRP and such. The way i see it, you are pushing so much to get new shiney things for the guild that the old important stuff gets neglected. Then when you have to go back and fix the old stuff, the new shiney stuff withers away. (XRP being the prime example)
In other words. new stuff from time to time is really nice. a new arc? sure! chuunin exams? ninja world cant function properly without em anyways. It just also makes sense for the crew to take care of the other stuff as well.
This is towards noone in particular but the crew as a whole. (not counting those who dont participate at all, which is a far greater crime anyways.)

That seems a lot harsher than it is intended. I know crew has lives and the occasional new thing is necessary to keep the guild alive.

I'm not terrified of it.. .I love it.
