Yamanaka Clan

The Mind Clan originates from Iwagakure and Konohagakure, though to this day, its followers are widespread among the continent. Their appearance varies greatly though the blond haired, blue eyes with fair skin combination are the most popular and liked one among the clan. They have no set style of clothing though they are the type proudly show their village’s symbol, by using their headbands as belts or on any part of their body that would be easily seen by others.

The Yamanaka all share similar beliefs. Their love for plants and beauty in nature is powerful. They will regularly open flower shops in villages or participate in botanical activities, yet their jutsu have little to do with the floral dominion. Their personalities also seem to share similar traits. They usually can be first seen as snobs, arrogant and superficial beings. They tend to try to seduce or manipulate their way through tight spots. Yet once a Yamanaka considers someone their friend, they will stick to them, loyalty always being treasured above all else. Their main abilities are mainly used for spying or passive means though they have branched off, honing their jutsu into turning them into offensive and dangerous techniques. They may be easy to irritate as their constant training of the manipulation of other’s mind have left theirs quite vulnerable. Some of the clan has found ways around this though, creating techniques to counter their vulnerable minds.

Up until recently, the Yamanaka’s battles were led by the males. They used their jutsu in the offensive dangerous ways, while the women would use their unique abilities to soothe the mind or for therapeutic uses. The men would lead the several fractions of the clan, yet a certain balance has now been made. A couple is now at the head of each clan fraction. It is believed that having two leaders is beneficial as two heads think better than one. The woman would bring the more passive approach to the man’s aggressive plans, bringing a refreshing balance to the once patriarchal clan.

History

Legends tell of a clan long ago, of men and women who would take control of the minds of their foes, and bring them to submission and humiliating defeat. Whispers were spread of their abilities, their prowess known everywhere as those who would be known to strike fear in the hearts of common villagers, and ninja alike. No one was safe, for it was said that they could read your very thoughts, and turn the information against you. This clan is known as the Yamanaka, those hidden beneath the mountain, and this is their story.

The Yamanaka clan started some time ago, as a shinobi family in the land now known as Iwagakure. A blonde haired woman named Mai Kaisuhono was married to a shinobi by the name of Saitosu Yamanaka, and from there, quite literally, the clan was born. As a couple, the pair fathered a son Inoyoro, a talented, handsome, and intelligent young man, with his mother’s silky blond hair, and the cold teal eyes of his father. He was brought quickly under the wing of his father, and taught to become an excellent shinobi, wielding sword and making use of jutsu as only a true prodigy could. Many days he would spend training in the forests and rocky outcrops near his home, learning the ways of his family.

However, Inoyoro was something his simple parents would never quite understand. He was ambitious. Therefore,, in search of more power, he would train himself in yet other ways, attempting things his father could only dream of, recording it and using it to further his skills. He was a shinobi of little remorse to those around him, and one who sought power, willing to pay nearly any price to gain it. He eventually began to become a great tactician, fighting with other stray shinobi and samurai of the land, in the days before the ninja wars. Learning from what his opponents chose to do, he would gain information about their character, and use it to further his own research.

It was not long before he was known as a fierce ninja throughout the surrounding area, with countless kills to his name. The key lay in his ability to analyze his opponent’s mind, and to judge what would come next simply by what outward emotions and movements they displayed. After sufficient exposure to such an environment, Inoyoro began to formulate ideas on how to further his mastery of his opponents, on how to completely break down their minds, and take them over. In addition, such logic lied within his training as a ninja. After many attempts, many failures, and many near death encounters, he had finally broken the cryptic key on how to do so, and had developed the Yamanaka style. However, as age began to set in, His body not quite as spry as it once was, Inoyoro began to settle, choosing to settle, and find a wife.

After a few years, his late thirties fading into his early forties, he eventually met a woman by the name of Kita Shizukura, and fathered four children. Three sons, Inochouku, Zabimaru, and Junchu, and one daughter, Inoara were born to him, and as he began to age, he would teach them too the secrets he had learned. However, his sons did not possess the same ambition for battle as he did, which led to their eventual deaths on the battlefield, despite the rigorous training of their father. His daughter however, exhibited the same spirit, but was distant from her father, not caring much as he began to wither in old age. He had never cared to pay much attention to her, believing her to be nearly worthless. The whole workings of the clan had been based on the dominion of the males. Yet, when it appeared that she possessed the ability to surpass her own father, she left, never to see him again. Growing in her own, to the age of Twenty one, Inoara would not shed a tear, it is said, when her father passed away, as she was far too busy becoming strong on her own, expanding the repertoire of techniques he had developed, and adding her own techniques.

The ninja wars commenced as she reached the age of twenty-four, and all too soon, the young warrior would find herself in a world of trouble. Often she would fight for her very life as she sought to escape the grasp of the slimy men who would attempt to soil her and her reputation, but unfortunately, for her, she had retained the characteristic good looks of her father, and her mothers’ figure was rather evident within her as well. She was indeed a skilled warrior, but unlike her father, she had not learned to read the actions of her opponents, yet, were too headstrong and ignorant to do so, believing him to be useless in every degree.

However, those same abilities would have helped her to escape what could possibly have been the most humiliating defeat she would ever face. Transcribed in a journal found in possession of her, was a record of her only defeat, at the hands of a cunning foe by the name of Jochiro. After exhausting herself fighting off a group of lowly bandits, she found her self unable to refuse the challenge to a duel by the cocky man, however, as she agreed to his terms, he staked a claim that if he were the victor, he would claim a soldier’s true prize from her as a reward. Unfortunately, for her, she underestimated him, and as he found her beaten and unable to fight, he claimed his prize, and left her to bear his child.

Suffering from the humiliating defeat at the age of thirty-two, her will to fight gone with the wind as she found herself with child, and the shinobi war winding down to a stand still, she would find her way to the newly formed Konoha, offering her talents as an interrogator to the instated Hokage. With the birth of her child, the clan has grown, spreading out over the years as members continue to join their ranks, some via birth, and others with permission from the instated clan head. Therefore,, the tale of the Yamanaka comes to the present day, an open book, written as their history continues. Where it will go from here lies in the hands of the generations to follow. It is in Konoha that their love of flowers and Ikebana started. Their want to know more about flora led them to travel around the continent. So now, the Yamanaka is evenly spread among the continent except in the Wind Country and Snow country, as they lack the interesting flowers the Mind Clan have a passion for.

The Yamanaka Handseals

The Mind Clan has unique handseals that let them mold their chakra to perform their rare type of jutsu. Three handseals are specific to them and only them.

* Oval Hand Seal : Both hands are completely opened as both thumbs are connected. The index and middle fingers touch their opposites also. The rest of the fingers are left loose. This handseal is mainly used when the transfer of the Yamanaka’s mind is performed.

* Rectangle Hand Seal : The Rectangle hand seal is made when the Yamanaka's index finger is connected to the opposite hand's thumb and vice versa. This hand seal is mainly used of the jutsu that deal with manipulating an opponent's body.


*Triangle Hand Seal: The index finger is connected to the other hand's index finger, while the two thumbs are also connected, creating a triangle. This hand seal is only used for Yamanaka Jutsu that deal with the senses.

Clan Jutsu:

* Shintenshin no Jutsu (Art of the Valentine)
Rank: C-Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The Yamanaka sends his or her soul into his or her opponent’s mind. Once in the opponent’s body they may manipulate it as much as they want.
Special: The Oval Hand seal directed at the opponent.
Drawback: The soul is only projected in a straight line, making it easy to dodge. If the soul transfer is dodged, the user’s body will be left comatose for at least three of the user’s posts. Any damage dealt to the possessed’s body will be suffered by the user’s body also.
Description: Directing the oval hand seal to their opponent, the Yamanaka is able to propel their soul into their opponent’s body. If the technique is successful the user can they manipulate the victim’s body. If the user has the same Class as the person possessed they may stay within the body for five posts.
Limit: Must be part of the Yamanka Clan/Taught by a Yamanaka

* Shinranshin no Jutsu (Mind Body Disturbance Technique)
Rank: B-rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The Yamanaka is able to control an opponent’s body while still being within his or her own body.
Special: The rectangular hand seal must be kept during the whole length of the jutsu
Drawback: If the hand seal is interrupted, the jutsu ends. The user can not perform any other jutsu while this jutsu is active. If pained is caused to the possessed victim, the jutsu is cancelled. Also one can not manipulate the victim to commit suicide or to harm him or herself.
Description: The Yamanaka is able to send a spirit of confusion among the enemy’ body, granting the user the ability to manipulate their opponent’s body. If the Yamanaka has the same Class as the victim, the jutsu will last seven posts. If the victim is of higher Class, subtract one post for every additional rank from the total of posts.
Limit: Must be of the Yamanaka Clan/Taught by a Yamanaka

* Omoitobikomi no Jutsu (Mind Dive Technique)
Rank: A-Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The Yamanaka is able to plunge themselves within a person’s thoughts, exploring events that have occured in the person’s past.
Special: Must place a hand upon a person’s forehead.
Drawback: During the whole length of the jutsu, the Yamanaka’s hand must remain upon the person’s forehead. If contact is protect so is the jutsu. The jutsu also takes a great deal of concentration.
Description: Once the user places his or her hand upon the forehead of a person, the Yamanaka is able to force his or her own soul into the mind of the person. Once the transfer is complete the person can search through the person’s mind for any information that the user would require. If the subject does not resist than the access to information is easy and can be done within a post. If the person resists and is of the same Class as the user, it will take four posts for the user to access the needed information. If the person is of a higher Class an additional post is required for every Class higher than the user’s. If the subject is lower Classed, one may subtract a post for every Class that is higher than the user’s.

* Cupid Eye Jutsu

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect:This jutsu allows user to see trough the eyes of someone else.
Special: Horse, snake, Triangle Hand seal
Drawback: The user must be able to at least see the target. If ever the target goes beyond the users visible site the jutsu cancels out. The user cannot move while the jutsu is in effect
Description: The jutsu causes a mental link to establish between the user and the target. Allowing the user to see everything the target is seeing. This is a spying technique so the target does not feel or notice anything when the jutsu is cast. The user sees everything as if he was experiencing this himself. When doing this jutsu the user can not see things for himself so if he were to be attacked he could not see the assailant. Once the target is beyond site such as behind a wall or too far to be seen the jutsu cancels itself out. If the one subjected to the Yamanaka’s jutsu possesses a dojutsu, the user would still see with normal vision, the dojutsu(or eye ability) would not be transmitted to the Yamanaka’s sight.
Limit: Must be part of the Yamanaka clan, must not be the carrier of a Dojutsu(eye blood limit)

* Cupid Ear Jutsu

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: This jutsu allows user to hear trough the ears of someone else.
Special: Horse, rat, Triangle Hand seal
Drawback: The user must be able to at least see the target. If ever the target goes beyond the users visible site the jutsu cancels out. The user cannot move while the jutsu is in effect
Description: The jutsu causes a mental link to establish between the user and the target. Allowing the user to hear everything the target is hearing. This is a spying technique so the target does not feel or notice anything when the jutsu is cast. The user hears everything as if he was experiencing this himself. When doing this jutsu the user can not hear things for himself so if he were to be attacked he could not hear the assailant. Once the target is beyond site such as behind a wall or too far to be seen the jutsu cancels itself out. The Shitakuma can not learn nor be influenced by this jutsu. Their hearing is too advanced for this jutsu to be used against them, and their ears do not function in a way that would make this jutsu possible if they would try to learn it.
Limit: Must be part of the Yamanaka clan, must not be of the Shitakuma.

* Cupid Mouth Jutsu
Rank: D, C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: This jutsu makes the caster able to speak what the target is speaking. At C-Rank the user can make another person speak what the user is saying.
Special: Handseals, Triangle Hand seal
Drawback: The user must be able to at least see the target. If ever the target goes beyond the users visible site the jutsu cancels out. The user cannot move while the jutsu is in effect
Description: The jutsu causes a mental link to establish between the user and the target. The user may then speak the same words the target is speaking, so the user can know what conversation the target is having. If learned at C-Rank, the Yamanaka can force his or her target to speak the words the Yamanaka is speaking, to communicate messages or for other means.
Limit: Must be part of the Yamanaka clan

* Kontansettou no Jutsu (Soul Theft Technique)
Rank: B-rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The Yamanaka can expel the opponent’s soul/mind out of the opponent’s body.
Special: Dragon, Ox, Rat then press a hand against the opponent’s chest area.
Drawback: The user does not see the opponent’s soul outside of his or her body. Their hands must remain on their opponent's body or else the soul automatically reintegrates their body.
Description: After completion of the hand seals and contact is made between both Yamanaka’s hands and the opponent’s chest, the Yamanaka is able to repel the opponent’s soul out of his or her body.The person is expelled of the body for two of the opponent’s posts. After which they return automatically to their body and may function normally.
Limit: Must be of the Yamanaka Clan/Taught by a Yamanaka must have learned Art of the Valentine

* Kontanribon no Jutsu (Soul Ribbon Technique)
Rank: C-Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: A link is created between the Yamanaka’s body and their soul.
Special: Dragon, sheep, Oval hand seal(Must be prepared in the post before the post in which the user will use Art of the Valentine)
Drawback: The Art of the Valentine is now only limited to a distance of ten meters.
Description: Instead of simply doing the oval hand seal(for Art of the Valentine), the Yamanaka performs two more seals before. This creates a link between the escaping soul and the Yamanaka’s body. This limits the range of the Art of the Valentine technique to ten meters. On its own, this technique has no use.
Limit: Must be of the Yamanaka Clan/Taught by a Yamanaka must have learned Art of the Valentine

* Kontansouki no Jutsu (Soul Recall Technique)
Rank: D-Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: If Art of the Valentine is unsuccessful and the Soul Ribbon technique was used, the Yamanaka is able to use the link to quickly come back to his or her body.
Special: The rat seal in soul form…
Drawback: –None-
Description: If the Art of the Valentine is not successful and Koutanribon has been performed, the Yamanaka is able to return to his or her body using the link that is created between the soul and the body. The reintegration of the body is done within the next post after the initial Art of the Valentine.
Limit: Must be of the Yamanaka Clan/Taught by a Yamanaka, must have learned Art of the Valentine and Soul Ribbon(Koutanribon)

* Kontantei no Jutsu (The Soul Spy Technique)
Rank: C-Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The Yamanaka projects their mind out of there body, it can then roam free in a radius of 10 meters.
Special: Oval Hand seal directed at an empty space
Drawback: The body is left comatose and defenseless.
Description: The Yamanaka is able to propel their mind out of their body for spying purposes. The soul is limited to a 10 meter radius yet it can go upward, downward and in any other direction yet it is limited to ten meters. The Yamanaka is invisible, mute and deaf to the world around him or her. The jutsu can be retrained, adding five meters to the total distance that can be attained to a maximum of 25 meters.

* Kontantei no Jutsu: Choushu (The Soul Spy Technique: Hearing)

Effect: In the Soul Spy form, the user may hear what is going on around them.

Drawback: Same as Art of the Valentine/Soul Spy
Description: Once the Yamanaka's soul is free to roam, s/he can now hear his/her surroundings as if him or her was present.
Limit: Yamanaka, Kontantei no Jutsu

* Kontantei no Jutsu: Onsei (The Soul Spy Technique: Voice)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: In the Soul Spy form, the user may speak to anyone around him/her as if they were present, yet they are still invisible to the world around them.
Special: Dragon, Sheep in "Soul Spy Form"
Drawback: Same as Art of the Valentine/Soul Spy
Description: Once the Yamanaka's soul is free to roam, s/he can now speak with people present. The person is still invisible to the world around them s/he can still speak with anyone that is present around the roaming soul. If Kontantei no Jutsu: Chonsu is not learned, the user will not be able to hear his/her surrounding respond to what they are saying.

* Kontantei no Jutsu: Mibae (The Soul Spy Technique: Appearance)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The person can now be seen in their Soul Form. This is to facilitate communication between the Yamanaka and his/her surroundings. This is a form of Astral Projection unique to the clan.
Special: Dragon, Boar in "Soul Spy Form"
Drawback: Same as Art of the Valentine/Soul Spy, chakra drain while this is in action.
Description: The Yamanaka can now make themself appear in front of individuals that are within the radius. This form of Astral Projection is almost perfect, only a faint glow around the projection can be seen, letting the people know that the person is not really present. In this form, they may travel an additional ten meters to communicate with their surroundings they a steady D-Rank cost of chakra will be spent maintaining the jutsu.
Limit: Yamanaka, Kontantei no Jutsu, Kontantei no Jutsu: Onsei/Choushu

* Shinendensou no jutsu(Thought Communication Technique)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Two people of the Yamanaka are able to communicate through thoughts.
Special: Rat, Dragon, hold rat
Drawback: Can not communicate with a Yamanaka in another country. The other must be a Yamanaka and must know this technique.
Description: Two Yamanaka may communicate through thought transfer using this jutsu. Their discussion can not be intercepted by anyone else and is exclusive to the two. The one that speaks must hold the rat seal, and if the other Yamanaka needs to respond, the hand seals are needed also to simply answer back.
Limit: Must be of the Yamanaka Clan/Taught by a Yamanaka

* Standing Technique

Effect: A technique that stiffens the legs and upper body to be propped up.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: A technique used in conjunction with any technique that allows a user fall onto the floor after performing. This technique was made with the Yamanaka technique to ensure stability in their legs and upper body so that the user does not simply fall after performing any of their techniques that allows them to just simply fall onto the floor. A simple technique, in which the user stiffens their body and focuses chakra into their legs while performing a technique that would normally make them fall. This chakra will keep them standing for several rounds even if the consciousness of the human mind and body was disconnected. This technique was formed to allow a user seem asleep, or standing up without drawing attention to them.
Limit: Must be part of the Yamanaka Clan

* Mind Pulse

Effect: A blast of chakra aimed into the opponent's mind psych used to distract and cause discomfort against them.
Special: Must Perform the Oval Handseal
Drawback: ---
Description: User performs the Oval Handseal and aims to the opponent. Then the user uses the basis of the Shintenshin no Jutsu (Art of the Valentine) but instead of transferring, they attack the mind with a barrage of chakra attacks. When the opponent is hit, the opponent begins to feel a headache. As the user gains in strength, the headache's strength grows. When the user is "D" Class, the attack is a mild discomfort. With a "C" Class user, the attack grows to the user's eyes along the back of the eyes as the headache makes the user's sight become discomfort as the headache grows making handseals becoming greatly difficult. With a "B" Class user, the attack bulges on the opponent's head making the opponent feel as if their head explode.

* Confusion

Effect: A lesser form of Shinranshin no Jutsu (Mind Body Disturbance Technique) as the user makes the opponents become greatly confused for a short period of time.
Special: User performs the Rectangular Handseal
Drawback: If the hand seal is interrupted, the jutsu ends. The user cannot perform any other jutsu while this jutsu is active. If pained is caused to the possessed victim, the jutsu is cancelled.
Description: A lesser form of the Shinranshin no Jutsu (Mind Body Disturbance Technique) as the user makes the opponents become greatly confused for a short period of time. User performs the Rectangular Handseal as they use the concept of the Shinranshin no Jutsu (Mind Body Disturbance Technique) to the opponent. The user creates false images against the opponent in some sort of way causing confusion. This type of confusion could be anything that the user creates such as running children, a shadowy figure. This is considered as a support technique.
Limit: Must be part of the Yamanaka Clan

* Amnesia

Effect: Technique based off of Omoitobikomi no Jutsu (Mind Dive Technique) as the user subdues memories found in the opponent's mind.
Special: Must place a hand upon a person’s forehead.
Drawback: During the whole length of the jutsu, the Yamanaka’s hand must remain upon the person’s forehead. If contact is protecting so is the jutsu. The jutsu also takes a great deal of concentration.
Description: Once the user places his or her hand upon the forehead of a person, the Yamanaka is able to force his or her chakra into the opponent's mind. The mind has certain doors that allow a user to remember certain things. While having their hand on the opponent's head the user is able to lock memories away from the opponent. A user is capable of either totally erasing the memories of an opponent, or segments of an opponent's mind. The more the user locks away the more drained the user becomes. The user is however incapable of unlocking techniques all together as techniques are a state of mind that becomes natural to an opponent like how to write, run, or use the restroom. The information that can be locked is informational information. If the subject does not resist than the access to information is easy and can be done within a post. If the person resists and is of the same Class as the user, it will take four posts for the user to access the needed information.

* Forced GenJutsu

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: After performing the Shintenshin no Jutsu (Art of the Valentine) technique the user uses the body they are in to perform a GenJutsu against themselves using the opponent's chakra.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The soul is only projected in a straight line, making it easy to dodge. If the soul transfer is dodged, the user’s body will be left comatose for at least three of the user’s posts. Any damage dealt to the possessed body will be suffered by the user’s body also.
Description: After performing the Shintenshin no Jutsu (Art of the Valentine) technique the user uses the body they are in to perform a GenJutsu against themselves using the opponent's chakra. This works by staying inside the opponent's mind as they begin performing handseals using any type of GenJutsu that they may know, but instead of using it on someone, they focus the chakra into the same body they are within performing the GenJutsu on themselves. As the GenJutsu comes into play, before it happens the user then leaves the body as the opponent endures the effect of the GenJutsu while the Yamanaka member walks away.

* Shinarishita no Jutsu
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: This jutsu causes the victim to instantly feel a sense of trenquility and very calm. As long as the user maintains the handseal, the victim will not feel intimidated at all and will feel as though they are in a state of euphoria. The victim is unable to sense any danger and will believe anyone around to be a friend/ally.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: If the seal is broken, the victim will instantly know what is going on. Also, the user may not use any other jutsu while this one is in play. Also, the effectiveness would vary from personality to personality.
Description: The user will form the needed handseals and then face the last hand seal at the victim. The victim will suddenly gain a strange grin on their face and their posture will relax. The user can now persuade the victim to help them out if necessary or to give them information.
Limit: Yamanaka Clan Jutsu

* Soul Imprisonment

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates an invicible cell in the target's mind to prevent/negate the target to use any mental or spiritual state.
Special: Rectangular Handseal
Drawback: If the hand seal is interrupted, the jutsu ends. The user can not perform any other jutsu while this jutsu is active. Depends on the user's class level depends on the time this jutsu can last.
Description: The user forms the rectangular handseal aiming at the target which must be within a radius of ten meters or lower, once the target is affected by this jutsu the target cannot perform/create any type of mental or spiritual state for as long as the jutsu is on effect, if the mental or spiritual state was already performed/created then it negates the state for as long as the jutsu is on effect, however this does not mean the target is unable to move or attack. Due to dealing with the target's mind and their own power this jutsu has a limited amount of time. If the Yamanaka has the same Class as the victim, the jutsu will last four posts. If the victim is of higher Class, subtract one post for every additional rank from the total of posts. If the victim is of lower Class, subract a post from the total with each Class.
Limit: Must know Shinranshin no Jutsu (Mind Body Disturbance Technique).

* Silent Speech

Effect: The user is able to put an invisible message in a target's mind.
Special: Rectangle Handseal.
Drawback: If the hand seal is interrupted, the jutsu ends. The user can not perform any other jutsu while this jutsu is active. Cannot put messages that injures or harms the user.
Description: The user forms the Oval Handseal of the Yamanaka Clan and the user creates a link between the target and the user, then the user puts a message in the target mind which will slowly continue to bother the target until the message's action has been achieved. The message takes one post to be put into the target's mind, if the jutsu is interfered between that post it is incomplete and will have no effect, once the message is put into the target's mind the user can stop doing the Rectangle Handseal.

* Soul Sense

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user expels their soul out of their body and in that form can sense other souls around them.
Special: Dragon, Sheep, Oval Handseal aimed to the user himself/herself.
Drawback: As long as the jutsu is on the user's body is vulnerable due to be in a semi comatose state. No matter what the user has no sensation of their body so the body can be injured the user won't notice it.
Description: The user expels their soul out of their body while on this state the user can sense any other souls around them in a range of 50 meters. While on this state the user creates a better link between their soul and themselves, and this decreases the quality of the link between their body and themselves, this is the reason of why they can sense the souls but this comes with a drawback that they don't know if their body is ok or not.
Limit: Must know Shintenshin no Jutsu (Art of the Valentine). Must know Kontantei no Jutsu (The Soul Spy Technique), Must know Kontanribon no Jutsu (Soul Ribbon Technique).

* Broken Mind

Effect: The user changes the targets mind making them to do any movement the opposite of their wishes.
Special: Rectangle Handseal.
Drawback: If the hand seal is interrupted, the jutsu ends. The user can not perform any other jutsu while this jutsu is active. Only last up to two rounds.
Description: The user forms the Rectangle Handseal aiming at the target which must be ten meters or less away from the user and then the user will have their mind changed like if it would be upside down. From now on the target will do the opposite of their wishes, if they wanted to swing their right arm they will swing their left one instead, if they wanted to turn right they will turn left, etc... However the target can get used to the akward movement and this jutsu will be useless once that moment is achieved, which can be two rounds or lower.
Limit: Must be part of the Yamanaka Clan.

* Dancing Souls

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Switches everyones soul in a random way within a 15 meters radius.
Special: "Handseals" + Oval Handseal aimed downwards.
Drawback: The user’s body will be left comatose, leaving it open for any external factor although this is also applied to the other targets affected. Any damage dealt to the possessed’s body will be suffered by the user’s body also. Great Chakra consumption.
Description: The user forms a serie of handseals which ends in the Oval Handseal aimed downwards. Then everyone within a radius of ten meter away from the user will get their souls expelled from their bodies and will take new hosts (never will take their own body). Any damage done to the host's body will be dealt to the soul's body. I.E.: If A performs the jutsu and B and C are affected, A will take B's body, B C's Body and C A's body, any damage done to A's body will be dealt not only to A but to C as well for being the soul inside that body.
Limit: Must know Shintenshin no Jutsu (Art of the Valentine). Must know Kontanribon no Jutsu (Soul Ribbon Technique). Must know Kontansouki no Jutsu (Soul Recall Technique).

* Soul Reaper

Effect: Creates a Reaper which makes the target think their oul has been taken.

Drawback: Same as any Genjutsu. Same as Kontantei no Jutsu (The Soul Spy Technique)
Description: The user performs the needed handseals and ends into the Oval Handseal just to make their soul come out of their body then their soul will become visible and take the shape of a reaper which will go after the target and take their soul, leaving the target's body comatose and defenseless. The reaper can only travel up to 5 meters away from the owner's body and if it touches another body it "steal" their soul, however this is only temporal for as long as the jutsu is on. The jutsu takes one post to take effect, during the second post the Reaper appears and it will stand another post (total of three posts).
Limit: Must know Kontantei no Jutsu: Mibae (The Soul Spy Technique: Appearance).

* Hades Ear Jutsu

Once the target is beyond site such as behind a wall or too far to be seen the jutsu cancels itself out. This can last up to two round of posts before the effect vanishes, even though the user keeps the handseal, then another two rounds must pass before the same target can be affected by this jutsu.

This can last up to two round of posts before the effect vanishes, even though the user keeps the handseal, then another two rounds must pass before the same target can be affected by this jutsu.

Effect: A technique that is passed down through the generations of the Yamanaka clan. A Technique where the user is capable of forcing an image, forcing the opponent's mind, see, feel, smell, hear, a past experience that the Yamanaka warrior had gone through before.
Special: "Handseals, followed by the Yamanaka Handseal where hands are placed in a circle"
Drawback: The Yamanaka must have experience something. The Clan member can not what so ever give out false information, they can not give out false imagry. There is no way one would be capable of doing so anyways.
Description: The user performs a few handseals. The user takes the same compinsation the same style technique of the brethren technique the Shintenshin no Jutsu (Art of the Valentine). The user somewhat transfers minds against the opponent but instead of the opponent leaving or the user leaving the bodies, they share a fast link, a link within the mind that is known to occur within the matter of seconds outside the real world, but within the mind could last for a long period of time. What occurs is quite simple, if there is an inncident where the user wihses to make the opponent experience within the user's path, it would occur. The user must have experienced something within the past, whether it is love, torture, torment, pain, or joy. All emotions must be known and true. This technique is not a harming technique, but more of an understanding technique to where the user shows what they went through within the past, and the opponent feels what they had felt. The opponent in simplier terms relives what the user lived through by memory. They become the user, they can not control what had happened however for what happened was within the past.
Limit: Yamanaka clan technique. Must know Shintenshin no Jutsu (Art of the Valentine), Must ask Creater's permission in order to get.

* Hitomi no Narejji (Eye of the Knowledge)

Effect: A technique similar to that of Hitomi Okame (The Eye of the Beholder), but it is capable of expanding forth in a wider, more broad like form. The people who goes under this type of technique under goes a massive change and effect but not in a harmful way. This technique is similar to that of the Hitomi Okame (The Eye of the Beholder). The user takes the effect of allowing others see what was sean in the past but in a much more broader point. Instead of feeling the effects, they simply, see, hear, and even smell what was occured. This is a way to help teach those about the Yamanaka clan. What is registered, and what is seen, can simply be done easily as well, this is a technique to where the Yamanaka clan has shown others their past from generation to generation to generation. By taking away the feeling, they easily compinsate and effect a crowd within an area as the effect.
Special: "Handseals, followed by the Yamanaka Handseal where hands are placed in a circle"
Drawback: This is in any way a damage style attack, or even a harmful attack. This type of Jutsu is just a jutsu to where the user makes a broad amount of people see someting within the past. This does not effect emotions or any other type of formation.
Description: The user takes the time to perform the sudden amount of handseals. As the user does so the user must then take the time as they push their chakra outwards towards all of the opponents, or really on lookers within an area of twenty meters of a radius like form. They use the technique similar to that of Shintenshin no Jutsu (Art of the Valentine), but with different effects, to where the user does not leave their body. What occurs within the mind of the onlookers is that they are hit with the same frequency of waves powered by the user's chakra. The setting begins to change around the onlookers towards the past of what the Yamanaka member wishes for them to see. Do not mistake this to a GenJutsu for Kai would not take this effect off, in fact, this technique is pretty much useless unless the Yamanaka member wishes to teach the onlooker, or make him wish to see something of the past. What occured within the past happens in an area, the on looker does not live the effect of the user in any way. The subconcious mind is capable of capturing what the concious mind can not. For that the subconcious mind captures everything, how many birds were in the air, how many pictuers were on a wall, how many trees were along the feild. A simplier form of this is that the onlookers is basically seeing a film, a large film where nothing can be touched or moved.

* Guest Soul

Effect: After performing the Art of the Valentine Jutsu, the user can use his own soul and be the guest of someone else without being noticed.

Drawback: Anything happening to the host's body would affect the user's body as well. Have the same limits as Art of the Valentine.
Description: When the user's soul touches the host's body it won't expel the target's soul out of their body as it would normally happen, instead of that the target won't even notice the presence of the soul. The user would then hear, see, smell, taste, feel, etc. everything that the host see, hear, etc. This is used as a spying technique.
Limit: Must be part of the Yamanaka Clan. Must know Art of the Valentine.


* Guest Soul, Internal Sight

# Soul Training

Description: After so much hard training, the Yamanaka is now able to increase the distance of how far the soul can go away from themselves. Each C training adds a distance of five meters, the B rank which is the final training adds a distance of 10 meters. All the values are applied to the performed jutsu, that means if a jutsu states that the soul can go five meters away then the value is increased by how much the user knows this ability, and the same goes for jutsus tha states more or less meters.
