Abilities/Powers: Time-flex: The ability to perceive and react almost instantly (think Sherlock Holmes) causing his reflexes to be far above the normal standards, and even beyond a lot of mythic creatures. Visionary: Adamaeis is an artist with Prana Energy Grinding using it in ways that others wouldn't dream possible.
Close Quarters Combat: Having studied many forms of Haim martial arts he is considered a great fight among a great many people.
Blade Mastery: from a young age Adamaeis studied the art of swordsmanship daily, he is tactical, skilled, and ruthless when it comes to this.
Eye of Illumina: It is a mechanical eye augmented with silverwood so that it transfers and converts Prana Energy into a preservable memory. Ergo, whatever he sees with the eye he will be able to see all of it's features even to the smallest detail, remembering the experience completely and perfectly he is able to mentally revisit any memory that he experiences with it. However since a mind only has so much room he keeps it hidden under an eye patch, for if he overuses the eye it will cause all of his memory to fill and will cause insanity.
Bio: Born in the city of Kar shortly after the period on Tel Hai known as "The Ascension", which was the nobles launch of their last satellites into the skies above Tel Hai. This left the great cities which they once ruled in uncontrollable chaos, the city of Kar however was one of the few safe havens for those seeking shelter from the violence that plagued the mainland. It had appointed a new leader chosen by the people Thaddeus Toll Kaster (Adamaeis' Father) for twelve years Adamaeis escaped the horrors of the mainland, finding a simple but ever inquisitive childhood among the vast gardens and streets of Kar.

From an early age Adamaeis was in awe of the wonders of Prana Energy and the possibilities of how it modernized the civilization. Often times he would spend hours watching his father in his workshop crafting marvels that were meant to serve, protect, and provide for the people. Picking up inventing at the age of eight, he already had a incomparable grasp of P.E.G. and soon would create small marvels for himself and friends.

Fate however is a cruel master and greatness comes at a very harsh price. On the Eve of hid parents anniversary Adamaeis was putting the last touches on his first real invention, when a terrible "accident" happened. He doesn't remember what exactly happened, just an almost blindingly bright light followed by heat and the frantic voice of his father yelling orders to get his son to safety. Waking up in a clinic bed Adamaeis learned of his parents death in the fire that engulfed the grounds of their estate. He himself suffered irreparable damage to his right eye, which eventually led to the loss of it.

For three years the case was investigated, but when all leads turned up nothing except the fact that Adamaeis was working on his invention which was believed to have caused the accident. He was charged with the treason and the murder of his parents, which the normal sentence was death however because of the circumstances he was banished to the mainland of Tel Hai only to return when proof was found of his innocence.

Months after his expulsion from Kar he became an honorary member of the White Mist an organized crime syndicate that had taken over the main districts of Soren City. With his certain skill set they provided him with a laboratory in which he was commissioned to craft them specialized weapons and armor. For a year he did so without complaint, that is until he finished his masterpiece known as "The Eye of Illumina". Once He had finished it he, with the help of a strong stomached assistant preformed a transplant on his damaged eye. Putting his latest invention to the test, which with success proved to be his most powerful augmentation.

The very day that it was proven a success Adamaeis left the White Mist, killing all of the ranking officials to do so. (they didn't like the idea of losing their best inventor.) From then he traveled for the next five years (133 human years) learning of the strange creatures and dangers of Tel Hai. Eventually he found his way onto the crew of the Sibil, a assertive merchant vessel or more commonly known as Sky Pirates. There he learned to master the currents of the sky, and the Art of CQC.

He would eventually find his way to the floating metropolis known as Skrie, it was a different world from the surface below at first glance filled with lavish parties and premium luxuries. Behind the closed doors however lay the world of backroom politics and assassinations, a few months after his arrival he was hired by one of the many noble families that had an "untimely death" in the family.

With great relief, his abilities proved successful in both finding the hired assassin, and proving the crime to the council of nobles. It granted him a permanent estate in the east quarter of the city, and status as a high rank detective for hire. For three years he pursued his work subconsciously hoping that he would one day hear news of the truth behind his parents death.

Then on what seemed like an ordinary day, a strange man came into his office introducing himself as Solus Forsworn. He was not dressed like a noblemen nor like one of the many criminals below, yet something about him was fierce but kind. He wasn't there to hire Adamaeis as a detective but rather someone to show him around.

It wasn't long after they first met that Solus came to be Adamaeis' closest friend, and for a few months they took to the realm of Tel Hai experiencing all of it's glory. It would be truthful to say that Adamaeis had never met a man so alive as Solus was, in fact Solus was the only being he ever saw to take so much care in the smallest of things and the weakest of people. They would eventually gather a crowd everywhere they went as people wanted to meet this strange man.

When Solus Finally let Adamaeis in on where he was from, and even more so what he was, Adamaeis was awestruck that fate would choose him to befriend a 'god' of their world. In the long conversations that took place that night Adamaeis told Solus of his parents death, and how one day he hoped to prove his innocence and find his parents murderer. That night Solus swore that he wouldn't rest until he helped Adamaeis with this.

It was almost two months later when Solus came by Adamaeis' office, with a locked door he informed Adamaeis that he had found a lead. With careful consideration and planning they pursued the lead, which took it's course in becoming an open case. That case revealed to be the most famous case in history, it unmasked the most successful assassin in all of the floating isles, Dantien Moore the price and heir to the throne of Tel Hai was sentenced to death by silverwood. His name was blotted out of the books and he was to be forgotten forever.

Even though this case was a huge triumph for Adamaeis, it was not without retribution. Unknown to Adamaeis at the time Solus was a fugitive of the Order a seclusive sect of monks and guardians who were commissioned to protect the balance of time by father time himself were after Solus for breaking the laws of time. Once it was learned that Solus had come to Tel Hai they, in secret struck a deal with the royal family and pardoned a chaos demon named Kine who had been an enemy of Solus for ages.

Together they formed a group Adamaeis named the Triad, who for a series of months planned Solus' demise. After that period they Lured Adamaeis into a very dangerous scenario (I will spare you the whole tale) all you need to know is that Solus gave his life to save Adamaeis, but before he did He gave Adamaeis a black feather in which the secret of the realms was held. Solus spoke of his older brother, Lord of the Astral Dragons and that as soon as he could he made Adamaeis promise to let his brother know of his fate.

Adamaeis fled that scene, he took shelther in the city of Ilitha where he set up his new prana workshop. Almost maddened by losing his best friend he obsessively studied the feather, finding that within each fray was struck a frequency and each frequency belonged to a different realm. For a few hundred human years he studied and experimented until one day he had a breakthrough.

Using the energy from an Onyx lithos he created a portal of silverwood, into that portal he fed the energy from a diamond lithos to the point that the field of dark matter would overload. When it overloaded it both ripped and entangled a space within space causing a door from the eldest realm to other realms to be born. After many trail and errors he found that the frequency of a certain strand on the feather shared the frequency of Solus blood. By finding that he found the right door to open, and when he opened it Adamaeis stepped into the Abysmal Haven for the first time.

He has returned to Tel Hai only once since he left, and now resides withing the Haven considering it's personnel to be like a second family.

Attitude: Dontesse has a very noble side, which is what most everyone sees while he is acting as the crown prince of Tel Hai. However, he can be rather cruel when he is acting as the Sky Pirate Lord Ersatz Forsworn. Regardless of his current persona, he is very charming. Dontesse strictly adheres to his personal moral code. Besides this, Dontesse is a rather carefree man. He enjoys plundering and worldly pleasures.

Judgment:
Judgment houses a revolving chamber that holds seven different types of lithos, two hammers made of athesis, and a silverwood inlay barrel to direct the shot. The two hammers are of different sizes so that one releases a small shot and the other releases a large blast. Depending on the way it is used, it can fire up to one hundred small shots but only thirty large blasts. There is a switch Dontesse can press to change the hammers.
Retribution:
One of Dontesse’s twin flintlock silverwood katars, this katar is the one he most often uses in his left hand. The two flintlock type pistols built into the hilt fire a burst of energy three feet in front of the katar. The energy is dependant on what type of lithos is in the pistol. Normally Dontesse has diamond and ruby lithos in the pistols.
Vengeance:
One of Dontesse’s twin flintlock silverwood katars, this katar is the one he most often uses in his right hand when not using Judgment. The two flintlock type pistols built into the hilt fire a burst of energy three feet in front of the katar. The energy is dependant on what type of lithos is in the pistol. Normally Dontesse has diamond and onyx lithos in the pistols.

Stealth Mastery: From a young age, Dontesse was trained in the arts of killing silently and using the shadows to conceal himself.
Blade Mastery: From a young age, Dontesse was trained in the art of swordsmanship daily. He is tactical, skilled, and ruthless when it comes to this.
Strategy: Dontesse was taught to plot everything and think several moves ahead of his opponent.
Presence: People seem to be drawn to Dontesse. He is a natural leader. When Dontesse enters a group of people, they respect and obey his orders even if they are normally strong willed and rebellious. He also possesses a metaphorical silver tongue.
Master Helmsman: Dontesse is a master of sky ships; he can pilot all the different models that are now in use.
Marksman Mastery: Dontesse carries the only firearm weapon in Tel Hai and has trained with it since he acquired it.

Bio: Dontesse is the second youngest of the crowned princes, born four years before the Ascension. At the age of five, he was taken under Dantien’s wing as his favored pupil and trained in a strict manner to be his protégée. He learned the laws of the land and how to avoid getting caught when breaking them. Dontesse also learned how to pilot an skyship, while his brother Dantien carried out the missions.
At the age of eighteen, Dantien took Dontesse out on his first real mission. He was ordered to steal the invention of Adamaeis Royale Kaster. In the process of carrying out his mission, Dantien ordered Dontesse to kill all members of the Kaster family under his watch. Appalled by the thought of killing innocent people, Dontesse refused. In fleeing, Dontesse stumbled upon Adamaeis and his invention. When Dantien entered the room, finding the young Adamaeis knocked out and the invention gone, he became rage driven. Dantien left the house to chase Dontesse after setting it ablaze. Upon catching up with him, Dantien attacked Dontesse. In the struggle, Dontesse pulled a trigger on the invention, which fired a burst of prana energy from a topaz lithos, paralyzing Dantien and allowing Dontesse to escape in the skyship.

From then on, Dontesse and Dantien became bitter towards each other, only seeing each other when the royal court demanded the entire royal family to attend.

Dontesse was able to make the flintlock style pistols on his katars as a result of time spent studying and tinkering with Adamaeis's invention.

Dontesse sought refuge in the many cities below the floating isle. He made friends with many of the crime syndicates by selling information that only a member of the royal family would know. Most notable among these is Nathiel Veron Crow, the leader of the Knights of Crowhaven. Dontesse traveled all around Tonachk, where he met with a strange race of people known as Silvarians. One of the Silvarians became his companion and joined his crew.

Now, in the present day of Tel Hai, Dontesse is most often known by the name Ersatz Forsworn, the most notorious Sky Pirate Lord. Dontesse chose the surname Forsworn to honor Solus Forsworn, the fallen friend of Adamaeis, whose name strikes fear into the nobles of Tel Hai. Dontesse steals from his plotting royal family, providing the commoners and crime syndicates with many of their most advanced weaponry. However, Dontesse keeps the rarest finds for himself and his crew.

This is Dontesse’s current skyship, the Shadewing. More often than not, Dontesse and his crew live aboard the Shadewing because they are constantly being hunted by members of the royal family, nobles and anyone else they have stolen from. Dontesse is the most notorious Sky Pirate Lord because he has the highest bounty on his head.
