The one that the announcement said.
"If you check it, you will get a free item later!"
Or, something like that.
If you had click the link to look at the Manga comics Gaia made,
you would have gotten it.
And no, these didn't come from the Gcash offers.

42k is right they both come from spending Gaia Cash, either buy purchasing it via cash cards or doing GC offers. I got one (headphones) after purchasing 20.00 dollars worth of cash and then doing some offers. However I've only done a few GC offers lately and somehow I got the messenger bag.

I think the reason Mighty Destiny Kiddo might have thought it had to do with a Manga was from the "Manga Gods" part of the PM.
