Obscurus Captain_Shinzo Sakakikala Official Sasuke Uchiha @At thread title and point two: Well duh, figure that out yourself? Only took a couple of years too, eh? It is human and primate nature to mimic those around us, especially when we are young. Ever notice most babies are obsessed with Keys and Mobile phones? Good, your powers of observation are now equal to an exceptionally retarded goldfish. The same is observed in Chimpanzees, the young are well known for playing with rocks which are often used by the parental figures of these young as tools for most of their day to day work. Also, while I'm here, is it just me or are most people who believe in this "Illuminati" crap either plain stupid, gullible or just easy to convince? I haven't seen a piece of solid evidence that wasn't just something blown way out of proportion. That's not very nice. :[ It may not be nice, but he has a good point. None of the Illuminati topics have a slick bit of evidence to the Illuminati existing at all. Just weird coincidences you find. I used to think I was being chased by aliens because a "Z" formed in the clouds. I was five then and didn't realize clouds have specific formations sometimes. But hey, things just relate in life for no apparent reason. It isn't a bad thing.
I just want to know why a secret society that, for some reason, was found out does not try to kill book authors that seem to spread their "existence" and "secrets",I wouldn't if I were them. All it's done is made people not believe in the Illuminati or the New World Order. It actually works in their favor, if they exist. Not really. They are suppose to be 100% secret. If that was the case and summon tried to start telling people, it would have not happened by now. We wouldn't know who the Illuminati is. Either they are lazy and aren't as great as we expected or they just don't exist and we petty ourselves over an idea.

People knowing about the Illuminati does nothing to mitigate their efforts if no one really gives a damn. There's no such thing as a true secret; there are only relative secrets.

Sure, weird stuff would happen but no one would know who is doing it if the force is anonymous. This isn't going to be covered up by reverse psychology.
A secret will never be known by anyone if you never tell the secret in the first place. My favorite flavor is chocolate ice cream but you wouldn't know that unless I said so. If I told no one, it would be an absolute secret and my devious ice cream consumption will be put to the test.

That's assuming that me having more chocolate icecream in my trash and spending could mean anything. If I live with two room-mates that go through vanilla icecream quickly, I would be buying that all the time but my purchases wouldn't show that the ice cream is mine.
The other thing is the assumption that I buy more chocolate icecream because it is my favorite. However, that may not be the case. I might just be buying a regular amount of ice cream of all flavors. I may not even eat ice cream that much. Does means the forensics are wrong, it just means I'm not leaving any factual evidence behind. Forensics science is basically the study of what was left behind by someone. If nothing is left behind, it can't be found.

In that case it doesn't matter if people know or not if they aren't going to do anything about it (and they're not because virtually no one believes in this s**t). In the physical world there is always something left behind. The chain of causality leaves hints and clues. By interacting with something you change it, usually in a way that betrays your initial action. Even if you took all of those precautions someone could find out if they really, really wanted to. But then again, why does it matter if anyone knows you like chocolate ice cream? It's of no importance to anyone but you. Similarly, if no one is going to stop the Illuminati from taking over the world then why should they care who knows about it? It's only important that they know about it.

Alright then, I'll give you that. Although, none of us could really say more than them wanting to stay secret considering we know NOTHING about them since they are a secret society. ( If they exist which I highly doubt.)
Chocolate ice cream is just a simple metaphor for something much bigger.
You are correct. If you interact with something, you change it. That's the point of cleaners. When stuff gets left behind, you wipe up the evidence so no one knows. Get rid of blood traces, hair samples, etc... Then, clean up the area so nothing is visible to the naked eye. Then erase the DNA traces so, even if something was left, it couldn't even be identified in the first place.
Ever read a book called "How to Become Invisible"? It is literally a book on how to disguise yourself from people in certain levels. I think there is about 4-5 levels with each level taking detectives more and more money and time with each level. The last one is complete invisibility and that stops any chance of being found completely. Of course, the steps are extremely vigorous and hard to do. Once done, though, it works.

If I told no one, it would be an absolute secret and my devious ice cream consumption will be put to the test. What do those people that believe do though? They talk about it, discuss it, chase some bogeymen, but they don't actually do anything. It makes no difference whether the secret is out or not, obviously. One could always observe your spending and shopping habits or pick through your garbage to discover your secret love of chocolate ice cream. Just because you don't tell anyone doesn't make it a secret. That's what forensic science is all about. The point isn't to make sure that no one does anything, though. >_> No one could do anything anyway because on one knows where or who the Illuminati is or even if they existed.
If nothing is left behind, it can't be found.I thought the point was to take over the world, mass genocide, whatever.
The moment you involve cleaners or anything like that you introduce another potential weakness into the chain of causality. I've never heard of that book but it sounds like something I might be interested in. I'm doubtful that anyone could become completely "invisible" indefinitely. Either way, if the Illuminati exist, why bother using all of those resources to exercise absolute secrecy when you can allow the facts to intermingle with the fictions and essentially make it so no one in the mainstream would take the idea seriously? It just seems easier to me.
