Okay, im interested in figuring out how I can use this thing to enhance my Morrowind experience.... Does anyone know how you work this thing?

Rule number 1 you have to understand for the morrowind construction set is that it is not user friendly. Go to google or other search-engines and find a guide that will help you go through a step by step way of helping. I had found one before that took you through it by building a small market-place. Would post the link if I could, but this was a long time ago. crying
