that's because Zerg are hard to play. and I somewhat dislike teaching Zerg players because it would be so much easier to teach them if they didn't play Zerg.
but anyways, we need some clarity as to what you're doing wrong. a sample replay or something would work as to see what areas of gameplay you need help with. i'm just going to assume macro since you lose as Zerg if you're not good at that. so work on your macro.

I always lose to Protos VoidRay massing. I can beat Terran Maruader Marine Rush. But thats all I can beat with them There's really not a specific unit counter for mass voidray, especially since they're so invincible en masse with upgrades, and zerg anti-air is so flimsy. But there's lots you can do to prevent it from getting to that point, especially since it takes a lot of time and resources. VR rushes can be stopped (or stunted) by fast teching to lair and pumping out as many queens as possible to hold them off (2 queens can hold off one void ray). Spore crawlers don't hurt either.

Well I can't say I've been hit with early voids in a long time, but when I scouted or suspected them back when I laddered a lot, I used to get out an extra queen or two, then tech to hydras as fast as I could. I tend to get early-ish hydralisks anyways, just for the DPS they provide in larger battles.

I got hit with early Voids a couple days ago! :D I was soo not expecting it. I spent wayy too much money trying to survive it but it turned out he overcommited to the assault and couldn't recover. Remember, Voids are really expensive. If you can survive the push and even take a good number of them out, if not all of them, then you might find you're ahead. 3nodding

Hey Immortal, are you logged on right now? I just got back to Japan and need to brush some of the dust off. Want to play a game or two?
Edit: Ugh, patch screen is such a tease. It's like it has my game, but is shaking it at me from just out of reach.

Don't be fooled into believing your losing because you're building the wrong units, or that any one unit is the right answer to winning against any one opponent.
More often than not, what will win you or lose you the game, isn't what units you're building, but when you're building them, and what you DO with them.
When you are taking expansions, where you position your units and choose your battles, why you make the choices you do, and what they are going to do for you later on to accomplish your goals.
These are the things that can win or lose a game for you, not just your unit composition, this applies more to zerg than any race, so keep that in mind.

im pretty proficient with zerg, but i often lag in later game once the board is flooded with units,, taking away my ability to macro, so i often rely on my teammates to do it for me.
