I've seen all three of those movies, and out of the three I think Howl's should win.

Wallice & Gromit was good, but I noticed a few times when the animation was a little choppy. And even though it is a good family film, it seemed aimed a little more towards kids.
I also found that CB and Howl's are movies that you want to watch more than once.

Corpse Bride is extremly good, but it's under rated. It seems as though a lot of people watch it and are expecting another NBC. Let's face it, the chances of us getting another NBC with a plot that isn't just some stupid rip-off are slim to none.
I thought the animation was extremly well done in this movie, and the voice acting was pretty good as well.

I thought Howl's Moving Castle was amazing. Great animation, great voice acting, and I really liked the story.


I think it should be a contest between Howl's and CB, but it's probably going to be a contest between Howl's and W&G.
I hope Howl's gets it though.
