My suggestion is simply here, because it's the reason I'm leaving this guild.

Fewer announcements. I've logged on almost every day to find one popped up, and it's a bit much, especially when they often turn out to be rather asinine.
Save up the news, and maybe post it once a week instead? Or every few days?

Anyways, that's my two cents. Enjoy your guild.

Not sure if this has been mentioned already... but I think the members of the guild should vote on the winners of contests through a poll. Art is subjective.. I think it would be better to add up everyone's opinion rather than just 1 person. I saw a lot of nice art in the last contest and it's a shame that I didn't see them mentioned.

we might be able to do that for some contests (not really big ones)
using the guilds facebook page
ya know how you can have polls on there we could do a poll to see who wins maybe
