Noah (ノア, Noa?) is a region of Fishman Island known as the Fishman District (魚人街, Gyojingai?) and is notorious for being one of the tougher parts of the island. The zone consists of a massive ark where fishmen live in and around. This is the base of the New Fishman Pirates. The district made its debut in Chapter 608.
