Amazon Lily is a large jungle island which is inhabited by the Kuja a tribe of warrior women. These women believe that beauty is determined by strength. They do not know much about men but all men are banned from their island regardless. Since the island is located in the Calm Belt, Sea King are rampant and it is very dangerous to try and travel here. Amazon Lily is an empire located in Island of Women (女ヶ島, Nyōga shima). The island is inhabited by a tribe of Kuja. The empire is named after the real life flower Amazon Lily. Monkey D. Luffy was sent here by Bartholomew Kuma.
