"I will not be late for my own auditions!" Sirona cursed, lugging around the baby dragon. The rediculous pudgy thing insisted on being carried and Sirona was going to be late. Sirona was NEVER late. The leader of The Flourishing Featers clan had allowed her to start her own little facet of the clan and go traveling on her own, should she want to. And she did want to. I'td be nice to not travel alone, especially with her little mon dragon. She plopped the dragon chick in one of the theatre chairs "Stay. Be good" She warned and ran up the stairs to fuss with the lights and music systems. Avalbane watched her owner curiously, but deined to stay put. For once.

Tamisin kept looking up and down from the piece of paper that was in her hand. She quickly pushed her glasses up her nose and breathed deeply, stuffing the paper into her pocket. "This must be it," she said as she lightly patted the bag at her side. She bit onto her bottom lip as she opened the door and stepped inside the theater. "H-h...hello?" she quietly muttered. Tamisin pushed back a lock of her curly, brown hair as she stepped inside a bit more. "I uh...I um..." she stuttered with blushing cheeks. "I saw auditions are today...I um...I..." she stepped further in, feeling more nervous than ever.

"Then it looks like you're at the right place." A dark voice murmured, barely a foot from the girl who'd just endered. A man stepped from the shadows of the theature to the girl's left, his green eyes nearly preditory as he looked at her. "Seems like our possible boss just arrived too." He purred, a grin spreading across his face as he turned his attention back toward the front of the room, his uneven black hair covering his gaze from her. Smiling or not, the expression on his face never changed from its preditory intensity. "Shall we go up and announce our arrival?" He asked, glancing at her again before slithering past her and walking down the isle, his stained lab coat billowing out behind him. Stained in what, one could wonder, unless they knew what to place the rusty marks as.

Sirona knew they were there not because she'd heard them from the stage, but because Avalbane took notice. Sirona always knew when Avalbane was shifting, moving, or something caught her attention. She was possesive of the small creature and hardly let her out of her sight. She came down off the brightly lit stage so she could see into the audience sections. "Hello" She said. Sirona was a mans dream, all curves and long legs, in a black vintage dress that hugged her body then flared out in a circle skirt. It didn't distract from her. Her hair was long, black, and was bound back in a low ponytail and she moved with a grace that spoke of years of dancing. She took the two in and they could see she was no idiot dancer. She was a girl who had lived on her own for a long time and was more of a force of nature than a human half the time. "I am Sirona. You are here to audition?" She asked

Tamisin nearly jumped as the strange man stepped out from the shadows. She gulped and rubbed her shoulders as she stepped a bit away from him. "I um...yes. Here to audition," she spoke quietly and it was a wonder if anyone heard her. Her eyes looked to Sirona whom she recognized seeing in the markets, but never actually confronted her. She clasped her hands in front of her as she walked to the front of the theater and took a seat, putting the bag down at her feet. She quickly shook her head to let her bangs fall to cover her purple optics. She bit onto her bottom lip as her fingers fumbled.

"Auditioning is in my plans." Tha man answered, smirking. He looked Sirona up and down, his eyes slowly traveling over her as if taking in every detail of her being. He met her gaze finally, his eyes practically glowing with amusement. "Name's Taku. I hear you're in the need of some entertainers..." He brushed his hair from his face, one side longer then the other. His outfit practically bespoke his personality, if his attitude did not. From the fishnet shirt under his suspicious lab coat, to the tight black pants with their chain accessories, his being screamed what he was. A Punk. By the looks of the grin on his face, a mentally unstable one. "Shall we get to this then? The little missy can go first. My act will be a bit....messy." He gave the woman before his a slight nod, then went to flop into a seat, kicking his legs up onto the back of the seat infront of him.

Sirona popped on hip out and returned his stare with an icy one. She'd been stared at like that by men before. She was not impressed. She was not some blushing school girl and she would not be intimidated by these two. So she told herself. She turned to Tamishin and gave her a much more gentle smile "Come on up, darling." She said "And speak up, you are a performer, right?" The coment was said lightly, playfully, meant to put her at ease and lighten the mood "What is your name?" She added. At this point Avalbane stopped being the well behaved dragon chick and went to snuffle at Tamishin's bag

"M-My name is Tamisin," the young girl said with blushing cheeks. She breathed deeply as she felt the 'butterflies' in her stomach growing into quite more. She raised her hand and placed it over her heart. "You can do this," she closed her eyes and whispered to herself. "I'm ready," she breathed and opened her eyes. Tamisin glanced down to see a little dragon sniffing at her bag. "Well aren't you the cutest thing," she smiled as she patted the top of the dragon's head. "I need to take my friend. But she'll be back," she reassured as she picked her bag up. She placed the bag on the chair and took out a maroon colored egg with black freckles and swirls. As Tamisin approached the center of the stage, she was feeling more nervous and her cheeks flushed again. "This is Rune," she placed the egg on the stage gently. "Okay, Rune. Show them," she smiled as she patted the egg. The egg did nothing. No sound. Didn't even move. "It's okay. Take your time," Tamisin whispered softly. A few more minutes went by without anything happening. Tamisin bit onto her lip and dropped onto her knees behind the egg. "Rune. Oh please. They're waiting," Tamisin said as she gave the egg a little nudge. Nothing happened. "Oh! Um...She's nervous," Tamisin looked to Sirona with red cheeks. "Rune. Come on," Tamisin glanced to the still egg with hopeful, watery eyes.

Taku remained silent for a good minute. It was all he could take before he scoffed and raised an eyebrow at the girl. He swung his feet back to the ground, his boots giving off a loud thump as they landed. "Sweetheart, it's just an egg. It can't do anything." He remained seated though, as if he expected her to prove him wrong. Never underestimate the quiet ones. Of course, that was for disgruntled postal workers shooting their way into the limelight. "Well, it could make a good egg omlet." He laughed, grinning up at the girl again.

Sirona had a cutting remark on her lips when he said that last bit. "If you will not behave you will leave!" She snapped at him, it wasn't the cutting remark she'd been looking for but how did you respond to to that? Instinctively she brought Avalbane close to her and hugged the chick to her body then turned back to girl on stage and gave her a gentle nod. "It's alright, dear" She said gently.

Tamisin snuffled and wiped away the tears from her watery eyes as the strange man taunted at her. "He's just being a fool, Rune. You did your best. Patience is key, remember what Grandfather keeps telling us." The girl scooped the egg into her arms and stood up. She breathed deeply, glaring at Taku before stepping down from the stage. "I'm sorry," she bowed her head as she looked at Sirona. Tamisin's face looked defeated. She went over to her bag and placed the egg inside. "And you're wrong," Tamisin said as she pushed her glasses upwards and then looked to Taku. "Anything that's breathing. Anything that's alive has potentional. And this egg, you speak of. Her name is Rune," she said as she took the bag and sat down, putting the bag on her lap. "She's not here to prove anything to you," she said to Taku. Tamisin dipped her head down, putting her hands on the egg within the bag.

Taku pouted a bit at the scolding. Not from just one, but both of them. Huh... He sighed and stood up, brushing himself off. "Potential, yes. But the chick inside that egg can't do anything yet. She's essentially tied down until she gets out of there. If you think I was insulting her, you're very wrong." He brushed his hair aside again, looking at Tamisin before he turned his darkened eyes back to Sirona. "My turn then, I take it?"

Sirona nodded "And let's hope you show enough potential to make up for that low-brow coment about omlettes." She said, her tone dripping with disdain. He would of course get his turn, and a fair judging, but she could make him squirm. Maybe. She hoped. She'd at least try

"She can do stuff even inside this shell," Tamisin muttered as she opened the flap of her bag to look at the egg. The surface of the hard shell was smooth to the touch, which would be odd to some. The corners of the young girl's lips curved into a smile as she traced the swirls with her fingertips. "We'll show him. Don't you worry, Rune." Tamisin lowered her head and kissed the surface of the shell. She then sat back, breathing deeply as she looked at Taku. She felt the butterflies come back to her stomach. Tamisin pouted out her lips, looking around the theater as she didn't really feel like looking at Taku.

Taku smirked as he walked onto the stage and vanished behind the curtain. There were sounds of a door opening back stage, and he promptly returned carrying a whip and the end of a rope, which lead offstage. "Before I begin, I just have one thing to say. Please avert your eyes of you have a weak stomach, and do not interupt our act until we are dont. We have worked hard to get this routine down, and much as it may not be to the liking of some, it is a work in progress." He grinned again, his eyes flashing. "Thank you." Turning, he pulled the rope, which opened the curtain. Behind it, a large cage had been resurected and inside sat a snarling female dragon. She roared at them, her dark scales catching the sudden lighting and sending off a flash of colors.

Taku walked up to the cage, snapping the whip a few times to make the dragon back away from a door to the side so he could get in and lock it behind himself. The dragon snarled again, then lunged at him, her claws and teeth flashing at Taku. The intent seemed to rip him apart, but Taku danced out of the dragons path ith the ease of someone who'd obviously taken accrobatic training. The dangerous dance continued until Taku snapped the whip around the dragon's muzzle tight enough to hold the beasts mouth closed. He leapt to her back, laughing a she failed angrily. "Come now, Sit and be a good girl!" Out of nowhere, her tail flew upward, slamming Taku from her back and across the cage, into the bars. He landed on his feet, cracking the whip at the dragon again. "I said Sit!" He yelled, barking the order. The dragon growled, but finally, she sat back and watched him with narrowed eyes.

Taku smiled again, his face glowing happily as he walked to the dragon and kissed her, yes kissed the growling thing, on the nose before leaving the cage. He returned to the front of the stage, the gave a bow before tossing the whip aside. "And thats as far as we've gotten so far, ladies." He announced, as if the battle in the cage was as normal as breathing.

Sirona's heart beat wildly. She stood, still gripping her little dragon chick then she turned to the shy girl that sat in the seats. "Please hold Aval" She said gently, which was a far cry from what she felt. On the inside she was shaking. She walked up the stage and stood before the great dragon, looking her over critically, not as a piece of meat but looking for obvious scars or signs of abuse. She turned on Taku and pointed before her. "Come. Here." She said, her voice steady, strong. Inside she was about to break down but she couldn't show that. "Was any of that real?" She asked. Her hands were fisted at her sides, trying to hide the fact she shook. She didn't know what she'd do if that was real. She couldn't let it go on but Feathers was not like Drake or Gallor. Feathers ahd no army. I'd be her. Just her. Great....

Throughout the whole show, Tamisin was shaking like the little girl she actually was. She bit onto her bottom lip and covered her mouth with her hand to muffle out her gasps. Her eyes, shimmering because they were watery, blinked in fear. She breathed deeply and tore her gaze away from the large dragon that had been 'tamed' by Taku. She lowered the bag at her feet and lightly and quietly clapped her hands. "Tha--That um...was um...good...?" she said more in a question than a statement. Tamisin stood up and sighed. "But if I might imply," she started as she took a step forwards. "It was a bit way overly dramatic. I mean. The whole whip thing and yelling at her," she motioned at the dragon. "If I might imply," she said softly, barely a whisper.

"Oh please. If any of that were real, The fool boy would have lost his head." The dragon murmured from behind Sirona, her feirce act flowing away like water over her scales. "These bars couldn't hold me in, if I wanted out." Taku glanced at Tamisin, his eyes glowing with boyish excitement of the act he'd just put on. Even his facial expression and smile were softer, less forced. "Think so? Maybe I'll have to rewrite that bit.....Thanks." He nodded to her, then walked to Sirona with a smile. "Did it look real?" He asked, his eyes wide and happy. "I thought we should add blood, but Nira thought it was too much.

Sirona covered her face and gave a ragged noise somewhere between a yell, a groan and a sigh. "No blood. If you add in blood you will be killed for cruelty." She said, and paused "And I won't do anything to stop the angry mob" She added, which wasn't quite the truth. There would be angry mobs, but she wouldn't let them rip him apart. "Thank you for scaring me" She added. She turned to the dragon and inspected her again, then nodded "Well done, both of you" She said gently.

"If I may," Tamisin took another step forwards. "I-I know what would help," she said as she looked from Sirona to Taku. The young girl turned around and opened her bag again, pulling out a small jar. "This will help any act," Tamisin smiled as she walked up the steps to the stage. She opened the jar as she walked to Taku, pouring some of the contents of the jar into her hand. "Here we are," she smiled softly as she sprinkled some glitter onto Taku's shoulders. She stepped back and the smile seemed to blossom, just a tiny bit on her lips as she looked at him. "Oh yes! That looks wonderful," she clapped, softly speaking.

Taku raised an eyebrow, looking at the glitter that covered his shoulders. "You want me to.....sparkle?" He asked, looking at her confused. "She wants you to look more like a knight in shining armor then an animal abusing psyco, my boy." Nira laughed, sitting to look at them with amusement. Taku looked at Tamisin in confusion, then at Nira. "A wha? I aint no knight, and I certainly aint doing none of that in armor." He pouted, touching the sparkles with his fingers. "Though I have always wanted a cape."

Sirona clapped a hand over her mouth to hide her laughter, both at the glitter and at the dragons words. "I think..." She disolved into laughter again, not looking so old anymore. "I think.. it's an improvement" She said, biting her lip as she looked at Taku, reaching down for Avalbane who'd padded up the steps to join them

Tamisin giggled as she looked to Nira and then to Taku. She closed the lid on the jar and then walked back to her bag, placing the jar back in it's proper place. "Glitter always makes things better," she said quietly. Tamisin reached in and took out the egg. She smiled as she kissed the smooth surface and then craddled the egg in her arms. "Um. May I ask..?" Tamisin turned to Sirona. "I-I know that um...Rune...she um...didn't do a good job, but could she try again?" she asked with a hopeful look in her eyes. Tamisin walked up the few steps onto the stage, still looking at Sirona.

Taku blinked, looking like he might groan until he caught Nira's eye and felt silent. He almost looked like a child afraid of being scolded by his mother. "I'll let Nira out and close the curtains again, if you'd like." He offered, more to avoid looking like a p***k in front of his dragon then anything. She'd whipped him with her tail in that cage as an act, but he knew for a fact how badly that tail stung when the whipping had real intent as punishment.

Sirona nodded to Tamisin. "Yes, please" She said gently then turned to the dragon "Would you like to join us in the audience?" She asked, motioning to the wide aisles, that could accomodate a dragon easily enough.

Tamisin smiled softly as she was glad to be given a second chance, but she hoped that this time Rune wouldn't be so shy. "It'll only take a moment," Tamisin said quietly as she looked from Sirona to Nira. She bit onto her lip as she felt a shiver tingle down the back of her spine. She breathed deeply and closed her eyes for a brief moment to calm her nerves. Once comfortable, she opened her eyes and walked to the left side of the stage where she placed Rune down gently. "Okay, Rune. Its your time to shine," she gently nudged the egg. The egg continued to lay still. Tamisin stepped back. "Okay, Rune. Ready when you are," Tamisin said softly. And as if on cue, the egg wobbled. Tamisin's smile blossomed as she clapped her hands quietly. The egg continued to wobble until it began to roll across the stage, but stopped a few feet away from Tamisin. Tamisin giggled as she ran to the egg and scooped it up. "Ta-dah!" Tamisin smiled brightly, looking to Sirona. But suddenly the smile faded and her cheeks flushed. "I-I do hope that's okay?" she asked with a nervous smile, holding onto the egg.

Taku had been in the middle of opening a larger door on the cage to let Nira out, and paused when he looked at the little miss and her egg. That was what she called an act? He opened his mouth as if to say something, then tumbled backwards as Nira pushed her way through the door and walks toward Tamisin, fluttering her wings. "Well, that was beautiful." The dragon purred, smiling. "Your little chick in there will make a lovely entertainer ith you showing her the ropes." She nodded, swinging her tail around behind her to trip Taku as he had been coming up around her left side. and toss him back behind herself. "I can't wait to see more of her tricks." She praised, watching the girl happily. Taku sighed, remaining sitting where Nira'd flopped him. "Yea....Love to see more." He murmured, looking a bit like a disgruntled 5-year-old.

Sirona covered her mouth with her hand then she turned to Tamisin. "That was wonderful." She said gently. She liked the dragon grealy she found. And liked the dragon abusing her partner. "I'll take you both with me. On one condition. ou" She said, pointing at Nira "Will never leave me alone with him." She was plaing though.Taku mght not be so bad. If he didn't look quite so bloody.
