Hm I don't know. Iv'e only played the first one but I don't know since there really wasn't much attempts at scareing the player from what I can remeber.

Well you hardly ever run out of ammo and there are plenty of weapons and as mentioned before alot of ammo, also all of the gentic things (can't remebr whats its called) which makes you able to fight without weapons, also the wrench is a good weapon for pretty much all of the basic enemies. So I don't think survial really.

yes and no like battosai matt said it's hard to run out of ammo and it's not trying to scare you much, but survival means stay alive, which is the case in most games so survival yes horror not so much (soes alone in the dark have a forum here?)

Well by survivial I mean like ammo and health aren't all over the place. Kinda like the first Resident Evil games. I don't know I haven't really checked the fourms in awhile.

Ok, no Bioshock. How about Alan Wake? I have rented and played it. In my opinion it belongs here. Definitely scary, not even close to enough ammo. Definitely thinking about buying it. Thoughts?
